How solid is the walkway out to the point? Is there any reason you can't roll a cooler all the way out there? I need to sit on something from time to time.
Right now it’s a little tough. They r currently working on rebuilding different parts of the walkway. U could always throw a lawn chair over ur shoulder! Might be a little easier than trying to roll out a cooler! Good luck out there!
@@Tony_Cass_ I talked to a guy in the Saukville WalMart last night, and he said the kings are bunched up three miles out on a reef. It's just too warm for them to come in. There were four or five on stingers at the coal plant discharge this morning, but no one caught any while I was there. I wanted to walk out to the point last night, but with the rain and lightning, it was a no go for me.

What like are you using looking to get my 1st one on a lure
The most recent video actually gives u a run down of when to use certain types of lures! The first 4 minutes r so r dedicated towards the lures!

Fluoro leader. About 7 ft in length. This Friday there is a gear video dropping on all of the exact set ups that are used! Very in depth and a lot of good info comin ur way! Thanks for watchin!

The skein bite should heat up here within the next couple weeks. Spawn sacs can be tough!

Not quite yet. U can get a few on skein here and there but it’s not a consistent bite yet!

Hey when do you guys think the kings will actually be in the marinas? Trying to get my brother to come visit from Minnesota but not sure what weekend to tell him to come
I’d give it another 2 weeks and they should be starting to stack up pretty thick in the marinas. That’s definitely the time u want to have him come down to visit!
Lots of fish in harbor and stacked out in front. They aren’t biting and waters hot. Fishings good for steelhead in 400’ though.

@@BradF036 doubt it unless the right wind hits. Slow bite on kings but you can’t still get a couple of you work at it. Saw one guy hooked up in three days in harbor jigging. We picked one up just past light house on a flasher fly that was 23# watched another guy get a 27.5 pounder pulling plugs. Early and late only. Fish are jumping all over but not seeing anyone really hooking up. Its over 70 degree water in close harbor was 78 degrees.

Early mornings right at sunrise and the sunset all the way til maybe 9 or 10. U will know if the bite is decent if others r catching em. Otherwise it’s not worth staying out late.
One more question! St8 braid or use a 15lb leader? Will that be enough?
Personally I wouldn’t recommend straight braid I use a 7ft 12-17 lb fluoro leader depending on water clarity. I have a video this Friday on all the set ups I use day and day out so u will be able to get a lot of intel and info in that! Thanks for the comment!
