The JOHN WICK GAME that came out in 2013 | Splinter Cell: Blacklist - Stealth Assault Chapter 4

Splinter Cell: Blacklist
Stealth Assault Gameplay [Loud Weapons | Stylish Gunplay]
Mission 4: American Consumption
Difficulty: Realistic (w/ M&E)
Loadout: BIGWICKENERGY
So, I've seen Assault style gameplay videos before. However, I don't think I've ever seen a stylish one, other than the John Wick-inspired videos-so much so, that I named my loadout as such. Normally, the videos are played like a typical shooter, in that they let Sam tank way too many bullets. So, let me present to you a smooth(-ish) presentation of how you (probably) should play the Assault style.
Slightly inspired by the works of StealthGamerBR™, though it's not as smooth nor is it as weapon variety-centric as his.

Had to replay this mission 3 times because of that chin strap.
Also, for those keeping track, there are 6 non-cutscene splices in this video.
are any of the splices hidden when sam toggles the google vision ?
@@simoncelt5590 the whole sensor part at 9:25 is a completely different segment all on it's own. So that's two splices.
"Going somewhere without me?" "Well that was the plan. In retrospect a poor one." The most relatable antagonists
Man actually removed the chinstrap per request. Legendary.
Weird how shutting down the power would force this guy into the panic room, but not all of the gunfire outside his house
Must have paid good money for sound proofing outside. Should sell that to streamers.
Pro gameplay of Splinter Cell: Nice.
Splinter Cell YTP: REAL SHIT!
That intro lmao
I've seen jhin wick montages with this game from last year over the past months and they are awesome
People usually take the jhon wick music and string clips togeather .
Its beautiful.
I must say - splintercell conviction and blackliat are the closest things to jhon wick we will get in a game. Gamplay wise.
Aside from that - there are other games
There was also a jhon wick strategy game.
Who is this "jhon" you speak of? I must meet this man. Our battle would be legendary.
SO glad to see this game getting love. I was one of those who discovered it late, way after its release, and it's so sick.
My perfect John Wick game is:
>SC: Blacklist's core gameplay as the base with Uncharted style pacing.
>Aikido, Judo, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu based melee combat instead of Krav Maga. Where strikes are performed by pressing melee. Stronger enemies require more melee strikes.
>Takedowns are performed by holding melee. Takedown animations vary, with stronger enemies taking longer to kill as they struggle more. You can also "pause" a takedown to aim and shoot/reload.
>Mark and Execute is significantly tweaked. John would very rarely one-tap headshot enemies during M&E, preferring Mozambique drills or kneecapping first. M&E has "ammo" in that stronger enemies require more "M&E points" to execute. To "reload" M&E, you need to kill enemies with melee of a takedown. With stronger enemies giving you more M&E points.
>Stealth mechanics remains largely the same. With stealth melee kills being quick and using SC: Conviction's *lethal* animations.
>Traversal and related mechanics like climbing and death from above are severely limited and removed, respectively.
>Gadgets are severely limited. With grenades (frag, flash, smoke) being the only ones available.
>Story is straightforward and relatively linear. John is contracted to kill a high profile target.
>Several extra game modes such as:
*Arena survival
*1v1 PvP duels
*Shooting ranges
*Stealth challenges
Max Payne 3 is the closest thing we got to a John Wick game imo
I’m dying! I love the cutscene edits… not to mention the aggressive stealth. I just played this game for the first time about a week ago. I’m a big fan of the stealth genera and definitely appreciate what you are showcasing here. It has to be the closest to reality. Video game suppressors are 100% silent while in RL they make enough noise to draw attention. So what you are doing is not only more realistic, it’s got great flair too!
I like the h2h combat that John Wick does. even though it is technically nonlethal.
Tell that to the dude with a pencil in his brain
No joke this story setup is more interesting than the actual game, lol
Lmao thanks.
big wick energy
Awesome again, I'm subbing
Subbed. You da GOAT
Nice one!
Thanks
Max Payne 3 is literally a john wick game and it has the best gunplay ever.
I love this style...you have inspired me to play like this no joke...now I do the "John wick" in every mission and try to be as cool as you😁😍.
The only thing I added is changing guns mid run.
And in some areas I use sticky cams to attract the enemies.
4:18 using a sticky cam I got 6xkills(not killing them using explosives )
I could explain but this is getting long🙂
Anyways love you
No homo
Honestly, using a sticky cam is more creative than mine.
I was so focused on getting the assault kills that I ended up using only lethal gadgets. Glad to know you found a more creative solution.
I’d like to play some of the older Ubisoft games (farcry 3, SC Blacklist etc) but I don’t want to sign up for uplay or anything else.
That was an extra bit at the end of the video I missed during my gameplay, otherwise good execution.
I keep wondering what your other loadouts are other than the john wick one you have been running in this series!
They all correspond to the style. Batman for Ghost (silent and non lethal). CaptAmerica for Panther (silent and lethal). Wick for Assault (knock knock, we brought nukes, bitches).
Please make more john wick gameplay..
Currently doing that with Hitman now
unrelated but did you mean to record you microphone audio in the media file ? the icon bottom left says that shadowplay is recording both the game audio & whatever is attached to you the microphone socket
No. I was just too lazy to change the recording to not include my mic.

Think you can try this with GamePressure's no HUD mod?
Then, I'd probably have to start memorizing the number keys and the gadgets they correspond to. My weakness!!
@@CrossfeetGaming same here. As much as I love playing without a HUD in games like these I have to have the HUD otherwise I forget shit
@@CainEverest besides, I already finished the series. Maybe next time when I ever decide to come back and redo the entire thing again.
@@CrossfeetGaming i feel like this is the kind of game you can come back to and experiment different tactics and playstyles. Ive never played any of the Splinter Cell games - haven't had the time or energy - but I do want to try them out
See, I love this game because of how badass it makes you feel, but it's just not Splinter Cell to me. Don't get me wrong, it's one of the most slept on games ever IMO, and one of my personal favorites. It just went so far away from the design logic of the earlier games that it's jarring. Now, if they had incorporated the more hard core stealth mechanics of the earlier games with the gunplay and assault combat flow of Blacklist, I think that would have been an ideal SC game. The biggest gripe I had with the earlier games, is that Sam Fisher - super spy and veteran soldier - had worse aim with assault rifles than my 14 year old sister.
I get that the developers wanted to push people towards being more Stealth in their playstyle (and it worked) but doing so by purposefully making an entire system of gameplay so weak is not the way to do it IMO.
That said, sometimes the BL Sam Fisher seems like too much of a Super Soldier/Fantasy Ninja than anyone could be in real life, which also hurts the immersion.
Personally, I think the franchise needs to step backwards with one foot, and forwards with one foot - and find a way to do it in a balanced manner.
That said, I REALLY like the aesthetics of Blacklist (some of the suits...not so much) and hope that they continue it through to the next game - developed in Unreal Engine 5 please. Not that sorry excuse for an engine they're using for Ghost Recon.
XD
What are these EDITS? 😂
I honestly ask myself that question sometimes.
His name is Sam Fisher not just given name comparison BS get it right.
