You should add some LED Door Sills I found, they come in a range of colours, like pink, red, white and even an RGB style too, the name of the site is called “aoonauto” they have Volkswagen on them too, they should fit the Fox too, just an idea that I think may look cool, especially if you decide to add led interior lights like some of the expensive Mercedes Benz. ❤🎉
I’ve found these led door sills that say Volkswagen on them, they come in pink or red or red and u can get RGB ones but they’re £70, they might look fire if u put led light strips in the car like in Mercedes. ❤🔥
You should take the rear axel for rear discs and pads, front hubs and suspension from the polo. I’m sure the fox is based on the polo so it should all just fit. I’d also swap the interior over as the polo looks much better
Hey man, make sure you're using proper coolant with corrosion inhibitors (typically pink stuff) because VW's typically have a lot of dissimilar metals that will corrode quite quickly with water. If you're using water for drag strip regulations you really want to change it frequently
Any plans for fitting the gti rims and adapting the gti front grille into it? Maybe the seats and steering wheel as well? That would make it looks really sweet tbh. :D

I did think to myself imagine a ford fusion ST. Unfortunately i dont have the time, money, tools, knowledge to do such a conversion. If it wasnt of such sentimental value id have donated it to the channel for entertainment but im gonna keep this car as the last thing ill ever get from them whilst theyre here. Maybe ive just given the mext project idea though as id love to see a fusion ST lol

PS: I wanted to put a steering wheel control to change music and such on my 2006 Polo GTI, do you think that would work?
Hey up fella, when you did the fuel system, didn't see you remove the regulator from the intank pump, if you find the engine overfuelling, it's because the fox (mine did anyway) has 4 bar regulator on the return in the tank. For me was causing 25% fuel trim issues. 1.8t has regulator on the rail ofc.
Need to swap over the seats steering wheel wheels and what ever else you can salvage of the polo before it’s gone loving the content keep up the good work 👍🏼
Get some poly bushes in the dog bone and engine mounts dude. Fair bit of rock there when you initially pulled off from the ramp. Otherwise, well done mate you’ve come such a long way, keep doing what you do 😎
With the issue of not being able to see coolant temps properly, May want to look into some OBD scanners/displays if you don't want to faff with proper gauges & keep the sleeper look. Think the Carly app does it too but various ones that should display engine/coolant temps amongst other data

Hi dude. The jubilee clip on the loose fuel line will abrase the others near. I had a garage like yours 15 years ago. I wish I’d have been a UA-camr too Good luck

Have you used the GTI engine mounts because if not that will be a future problem, when doing the 1st and reverse gear tests the engine was rocking quite a bit
The only part that will need an improvement is your hot air intake... Don't cut the wheel well to enter cold air. One friend of mine lost his engine due to water intake...
Please try doing an engine swap with a Volkswagen up/ seat mii/ skoda cigito!! There isnt really any youtube videos of anyone doing it apart from darkside put a diesel engine in one. Think it would be really cool to see
i’ve got a 9n3 gti recently put a dark side VR6 clutch and a G60 7kg lightened flywheel would defo recommend if you plan on going for more power which you will be 😂
Love the videos, cars and overall content. Just one thing though - could you please keep the volume on the same level? The music is so much louder than your voice. I keep hitting volume up and down all the time between speech and music. A bit annoying 🤓😊

Make sure the fuel filter is the correct pressure for the 1.8t it should say on the filter what BAR it is.
Idk if its just me but seeing the fox in the same yellow as the golf mk5 gti would be really cool
Get a lufi gauge that plugs into obd for your temps and live data got one in my 1.8t mk2 golf
Next one should be a ST150 with a mk2 focus ST engine, providing it fits of course 🤣
