    thanks Dr.Vikki - thats helpful. Do you have a favorite fermented food between Kefir and Kombucha ? I took many, many antibiotics a few years ago, and have struggled to re-establish biome. I fear I have lost that good "ground" bacteria which is so hard to get back.
