Hi Paul. I installed a 12.3 nbt screen on my x3 f25. This is from Kanor. My problem is that my car does not have the optical cables. There is no sound and oem radio does not work also. Idrive control not working . No support from manufacturer. Can you please help me fix this. Noel. India
The HUD work as before. You can go to original car menu and use it . When you moved the optical fiber cable to new harness, notice the direction of optical cable, if not , this function not work
When you choose “ built in CarPlay “, it don’t have the dongle . CarPlay is NOT allow to use Bluetooth at the same time, when you use the CarPlay, you should disconnect the Bluetooth.
It need to know what kind of idrive system in your car , if that is OEM ID7 ( the latest version), we don’t have the model for that . If that is EVO, it can customize the order
Really bad experience with this compagny, i met Paul Nong (Marketing), he just canceled my order because he thought that the picture i sent him in order to confirm the radio head type was a fake ! Such bad behavior i dont recommand their product and service a real shame, i did post this comment on their facebook wall page and they deleted it... and according to some customer feedback, there is no customer after sell support !
@@davidvouillamoz3473 Car compatibility checking is very important, we check ALL orders before shipment, thus, we request the buyer can provide us REAL information on the car type / year info/ real photoes. To ensure ALL orders can be installed, that is our goal. If you offer misleading info on the cars, when it can not be installed, then you must return it back, you pay the shipping cost, and we pay Double / Triple on it, waste a lot time on it. We don't like that way. Back to your case, If we think the order is high risk, we might refuse the order, and we have the rights to do that, no one can force us must accept a specific order.

You can try to make a reset ( on the screen, it have a small hole, you can use a needle to press it

Good video! My x3 has a HUD. Would installing this change or affect the HUD?
