These guys are criminally underrated. And everyone saying they sound like BMTH. Well BMTH only did 1 album that sounded like this and didn't stuck with the sound. So I'm glad this band came and took the torch !
Took my 9 yr old to see bad omens last night and he had a blast.. we love this band as a whole family and can first hand say that they are fucking amazing live.. I kind of feel bad for them though.. they have been playing shows almost everyday for months now and only get to play for like 30 minutes.. I know thier first album came out in 2016 but there were so many ppl sporting bad omens merch.. they definately deserve to headline a tour.. 6 songs is more than worth the ticket price but I feel selfish and want more bc they are amazing live
I'm sure you probably know this but they headlined a tour recently I'm pretty sure EVERY show was sold out! Very well deserved, the band is incredible live!

O que o Noah Sebastian canta é um absurdo! Vi no Knotfest e fiquei impressionado com o show. Recomendo muito à nova geração que ouçam Bas Omens e o Turnstile (Punk/Hardcore). Essas bandas tem a chave!

The whole vibe of this song is so humongous! And the baby crying in the background, holy shit. Just takes it to another level and hits you straight in the heart. I liked the BAD OMENS before this, but now I'm in love! 🖤🔥

I think if you look at the story of the album, it's like someone leads a small group away from the church and rebels, but by the end realizes there is SOME good in it, and this song in particular is about saying, "even if we apologized he'd never forgive us for what we did." I'm not religious but it's pretty deep.
Mercy and Dethrone reminds me of someone who used to be religious, in this instance Christian, and rebelled against it for whatever reason. Logic most likely, have you guys read the bible? Holy Shit (literally 😂). But you go through these stages, youre taught all your life dont do this its a sin dont do that blah blah dont say the Lords name in vain, dont question the teachings etc. Thats how satanism came about. No one is actually worshipping the stereotypical Christian Devil and the evil that comes with him besides Richard Ramirez. Satanism is just an Anti-Christian belief system (Catholic Specifically in most cases) Someone who denounces their faith wants "payback". Sometimes lots of sex, drugs, mostly just Blasphemy. Its fun and you feel free for the first time. Then you go to this place of fuck it, maybe humans are all pieces of shit and we arent getting into Heaven even if its real and nothing we do or try to do over can change that. So live your lives how you want. "Tell me is it all in vain, is it worth the suffering, is it worth the price we pay?" Open to discussing these lyrics and their meaning, Ive been thinking about them for a while and would like an intelligent perspective.

That one song was automatically included in my youtube mix where I just listen to BMTH, Motionless in White, Falling in Reverse and Parkway Drive songs. The influence & inspiration for Bad Omens is no doubt that style of BMTH. Which BMTH is no longer a part of, so I'm happy someone is doing it.

I think someone in this band actually read the Bible very carefully... at the end of the day, main message from Bible is Love your God above everythink else and love one another .... I think we all here can agree that is not, what we see in this world ... even christians struggle with sin... and God will come eventually and punish every sinfull man ... but before that happen, He said to us: I will answear to everyone, who will look for me .... but it's hard in our world full of distractions ... even knowing the words of Bible, we still rather spent more time looking for money, so we can affrod all this shinning goodies so we can impress our neighbors etc. but when our day comes we can't take anything of that with us ... so, finding God before God find us, is preety smart goal for yourself to set up
