My family loves this dish with juicy ribs and mackerel. Chicken wings Better KFS.
Ingredients:
700 g of ribs
2 mackerel
700 g of chicken wings
ribs:
3 tablespoons of salt
1 spoon of Italian herbs
1 spoon of dried basil
1 tablespoon of garlic
1/2 tablespoon of ground black pepper
2 tablespoons of ground paprika
50 g of lemon
foil
Sauce for ribs
3 tablespoons of fruit puree
1/2 spoon of bitter pepper
1 spoon of garlic
2 spoons of paprika
2 spoons of mustard
3 spoons of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
Chicken wings
1/2 tablespoon of garlic
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 spoon of hot pepper
2 tablespoons of dry ginger
1 glass of Coca-Cola
mackerel:
25 ml of oil
1 spoon of salt
1/2 spoon of basil
1 spoon of Italian herbs
1/2 spoon of coriander
55 g of lemon
foil
Mackerel #2
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
50 ml of orange juice
