Your knowledge is outdated, Eugen with her unique augment is a better tank than all the ships you mentioned(she is even the tankest ship in T1) , and she is much easier to get which is good for beginners, this list take investment into consideration so she is high.
@@glawindows8294 A temporary 20% fp boost is pointless for a ship that already does no gun damages at all (even Portland does more damage ). Even with the boost she still have less fp than Roon M and Roon M has MGM+1 (Eugen is stuck with the initial main gun mount), higher gun efficiency, 2 barrages (including one that give slow and boost damage taken by enemies),etc... Unless you're an Eugen simp there is no reason to actually use her except for KMS tech points.
Op sci needs some kind of update to make it more fun again. After clearing the strongholds, I don't feel a need to play it for the rest of the month. Or, a buff to the rewards/more areas
Some years ago I left the game, and right now I feel very exited for return but I think that it will very hard to reach the "top" again, do you have any advice about that?
it wont be hard to reach at all. the only thing that will be "hard" is catching up on PR Research gears (especiaclly the UR gear) and PR ship blueprints since its largely timegated. But both of those things have many sidegrades and u can get most of it from gear lab and playing opsiren, not to mention the prototype shop gives u 1 of each UR gear. You can also buy many ships blueprints with coins now. There are plenty of good ships in the game of all rarity so dont worry about not being able to do certain contents without them, and its fine to be F2P.
@@skyMcWeedswhale means nearly nothing in this game in term of power level. You can farm everything and its super easy to get all ships in events (this game is so generous). The only thing you cant catch up with those whales are the number of skins
This "CN community" not only has the highest player count, highest level players, and provides the highest income, and Azur Lane is a CN game on top of all.

I think CN is super biased to Belfast, they generally tend to place her pretty high.
I think they just really like smoke, and bel has a unique smoke timing compared to other ships
