Just to come back on the beginning, you can’t go as hard as you can everytime. Sure to progress you have to push yourself and not limit yourself. But gym is not our entire life, they are other things that necessite our energy: example I am cutting and I ‘m preparing a marathon. I can’t go to failure every gym session and run well 3 times a week. Adapt to your goals :) But dammit I love u Sam and once that goal is passed, I’ll explode the physique with the bulk🙌

It’s better to go at a good pace every day than it is to go extremely hard for a couple weeks and then have to take a long break to recover from an injury.
When sam said about hitting more sets to failure, i thought you know what, why i hit one set to failure for each muscle group, what if i hit all sets all the way to failire not technical failure, but complete one, it feels so great
