Nah bhai, motherboard ka koi issue abhi tak nhi mila nahi battery backup ka, wese me conservative mode pe game khela after 30min 1% drop huwa, sayed yeh natural hain technically sochne se.

I am going to buy lenovo loq i7 13th Generation rtx 4050. But I have a doubt should I take 24 (12×2) gb ram version both of it's slots are full (storage is 512 gb) and there is a 16gb ram version in this case only one slot is used, other is empty ( storage here is 1tb) . So which one should I take which is one is better? Please reply I have to buy today only.

On 25th April I received my LOQ 14 then i7 with 4060 and upgraded screen. It is a customized laptop and already today it's the second time that the motherboard died. Very poor quality machine. Really dissatisfied with it. Will now go for a refund. This machine is not capable at all for the specifications and use cases that it claims. I just played counter strike 2 and used a few audio editing software and watched content on OTT. I have not even tried to push this laptop to its extreme limit but still it died. I would highly recommend you guys not to go for LOQ at all. The only reason I got really good customer support is because I purchased an additional exclusive premium care plan. But will surely update how difficult or easy it would be for the journey to get a refund. Thank you for addressing this.

I have purchased it for 66k from offline store 2 weeks ago . I have extreme stress test for 8 hours continuously , there was no major heating issues . Yes there was battery drain , from 80 to 74 percent in 8 hour when cpu and GPU are utilised 100% .
I am using laptop for 14 hours a day non stop , for hardcore gaming , till now there is motherboard issue in my unit
