Did You need to change engine module and steering wheel lock as well? Can You share list of parts used for this retro? (With MB numbers would be awesome) - I know that there are new door locks, door handles, door handle bases, couple of antennas (5pcs?), module in right side of the trunk, additional wire loom etc... I suppose that in prelift from 2012 it will be all the same..like in this FL from 2013
This is about retrofiting door handles for keyless access and keylessgo. No reason to change engine ecu. No relation with that. You need to change door locks and door handles for keyless access. For keylessgo you need to add 6 antena, keyfob and keylessgo ecu in trunk.
@@AstronBnX I was asking about ECU because in 211 I changed whole startup set from car with KG (ECU, steering wheel lock and ignition switch - maybe not necesary all of them hmm...) so You put there 4 KG door locks, 4 KG door handles, module in trunk, antennas, KG ignition switch with new KG keys and additional KG wire loom and at the end coded it in Xentry right? You write about 6 antennas - 2 for rear door, 1 in front behind comand, 1 in trunk behind rear bench, 1 at rear right roof frame and where is the last 1?
