The hidden room in the glovebox (Feature 4) is for the instruction manual. I did not know about the A/C rest function. So thank you for that, it will be quite useful 👌👍
During your discussion of using the remote key to open and close the windows, you mentioned that it also works for opening and closing a panoramic sunroof remotely. That inspired me to check to see if the remote would lower and raise a convertible top. IT DID! 😁 Sadly my car (AMG E53 Cabriolet) does not seem to have the REST feature or the hidden glove box compartment (instead has a switch in the glove box for locking the trunk), but the open/close trick with the remote was well worth it. Thanks for the video!!
If you have keyless go you can just touch and hold the indent on the door handle that locks it for closing up ur windows & sunroof. (Key has to be in your pocket of course )
@@IvanSensei Hi Ivan . Hanks for your reply . I am watching the other video about . MBUX as I got my brand new A Sedan and suspect maps are not uploaded (navigation says that) let me find out if I can resolve it. I am located in Argentina and delivery of the car was actually poor!
Hi do we have seat heating feature most of sites shows about seat heating on A180 2019 model but I can't find it out how it works and my model doesn’t have winking mirrors
How long the residual heat transfer stays on is only dependent on the Auxiliary Battery charge because all electronics are powered by the Auxiliary Battery that can, on the average, supply power for about 30mins to prevent the battery voltage from falling below the programmed cut off threshold.
A/C (rest) is switching off the air conditioner (the closed air condition system), with this button the air is coming just from outside (“fresh air”), you can also choose A/C (rest) and button Auto together, but during very hot summer days it might be not sufficient without air conditioner (ventilators on high speed will work very loud), also on a rainy day it will be very foggy inside the car, the best way is to use A/C (rest) and Auto buttons only by dry weather conditions, from minus 30 degrees (“fresh air” will be warmed by the engine) to around 22-24 degrees Celsius on plus (engine heat will be switched off/not provided and ventilators will work on high speed), if you wanna have 18 degrees inside the car and outside there are 24 degrees Celsius, then the ventilators will not manage to keep such temperature, you need then to switch off A/C (rest) button to turn on the closed air condition system
Really that's onee of the things that make this car cool.. it is something that can be easy to forge it was about to happen to me too, even the dealer guy though the ambient light was standard. Try to check if you can upgrade the order..
Thank you for these tips. The opening/closing windonws from the remote is a great addition, on the prevous A-class I had it because of the leather interior, but it was obnoxious, only working from short distance of the driver's door and not for closing windows. A/C rest is also a great feature, not described at all on MB website. One question: Do you ever regret not going for the big driver screen ? I feel the small one offers all you need already....
Thanks for stopping by my channel! Yes open windows works even from 2nd-3rd floor of the apartment! I regret a bit, because it looks better with big display, but it's only aesthetic thing, you don't loose any features.
Feature one. Let's say you exit the car and forget a window is open. Is this feature an easy way of closing the window rather than gettin in the car and turning the engine on to close the windows
Hi Ivan Sensei, nice channel and videos, i want to ask you if it is possible to change the tyre measure unit on a class from kpa to psi? In my area im not able to use mercedes me app, so maybe any other way to do it, thanks, regards.
I honestly have no idea why there is any need for that parking light "trick". If you're parking, there is no benefit to having only one side illuminated. Just keep the whole system on. Seems like a waste of effort. If anyone can explain a practical use for this feature, please let me know.
I remember you mention on one of your video that you can let others people use your car if you are not near by, just by letting the key inside and open it front the app , how can you do that or what is the video you mention that so I can watch it.
You can open the car from the app, but I didn't say you have to left your key in the car. That feature is called digital key when people can open the car with a digital key and you need to have this feature from the factory
@@IvanSensei cool thanks, I ordered mine with all the options, so I more likely have that ,I know how to open it with the app but, I just don't know about the digital key or how it works.
Not at all, it would cut off if your battery is low! Battery charges very fast during drive so you have enough power and they also design battery in a capacity so it's enough for all features
Does that really matter? It's a video about some tips/tricks not about if the car is clean or not. If you can't handle to see a dirty car then watch something else.
Ivan when you put your key all the way in, that’s no problem. When push the little button on the back and you hold the key upidedown and you tik your key in your handpalm, the key wil come out.
My emergency-key moves out again, if i push the button, no stucking. You can also open the normal key (like for changing the battery) , then you will see the emergency-key inside and can push it outwards.
I just got a A220. Love it. However the key only slides all the way in and won’t lock in the intermediate position to allow attachment of a key ring. 🤔😔
Ivan Sensei I just found out what the problem is. If you look at your key in the video it had 2 notched cut into it near the top. My key has a single notch...the 2nd one is missing!
The hidden room in the glovebox (Feature 4) is for the instruction manual.
I did not know about the A/C rest function. So thank you for that, it will be quite useful 👌👍
Yeah originally for manual but I have that in another box. REST is amazing, you're welcome buddy, thanks for watching!
I'm happy you found these functions, and happy you have shared them with others who did not know about them.
Cheers mate

I got the same first two ”tricks” in my V40. Looking forward to upgrade to a A200 this spring. I watch all your videos. 😀👍

Great i learned 2 tips from your 5.....makes my brand new cla200 amg even better....thank u buddy and happy driving

1st ones also handy if you forget your windows open and don't want to start
What do you mean?
Same features as my CLA 2020. Thanks for sharing!
You're welcome!
Thank you for sharing Ivan, I didn’t know these tricks but will be sure to use them in my A180d AMG. Many thanks 👍🏻
Glad to hear that! Thanks for watching!
A 180d amg? Mean amg line?
Hi do we have seat heating feature most of sites shows about seat heating on A180 2019 model but I can't find it out how it works and my model doesn’t have winking mirrors
Thanks Ivan will certainly use the tricks I've learnt on my Merc.
Good job man

I’m getting mine on Friday 😍
Very good tricks and very helpful, thanks.
Amazing video mate!
I’m getting my A250 4-Matic AMG in June and I can’t wait!!
Congrats mate! Great engine 🔥🔥🔥
Awesome!! This worked on my 2020 too!
Thanks for the tips Ivan. Taking delivery of my new A180d AMG Line on Monday - will check out your tips. 😊😷
first tricks, i got it on my Golf 5 from 2008 :D
Thanks for 3!! Really useful :D
Happy to help!
Thanks bro. useful info!
Thank You!
Cool tricks 😉😁
Thanks!
Hi @7.33 and paused, your instrument panel is only showing rev counter I’m the middle instead of 2 dials. How did you do this ? Thanks
I would like to know how it was done too?
You are my absolute favourite person! You helped me with my parking assist!!!! Love you and your videos. We have exactly the same car❤️
Thanks!!! 💯 Congrats!

Hi Ivan! Thanks for your video! Do you know how to reset the airbag warning light?
Bought my C43 AMG Coupe yesterday! Thanks for the tips! :)
If I didn’t already have a c63 507 I would of got this for my second car. Think I’ll go with a a class
I was hoping you would show as well how to adjust seats in that particular model coz i could not see the electronic seat adjustment buttons
thank you.... could be shorter, but extremely helpful....
Thanks!
I’ve had MB and BMW Ny whole life … what is the park lights for ? I always wonder but then forget .
Amazing, also most of these also apply to my GLC 250 D too, thanks!
My dad has the GLC too! But its 220d lol
Great video Ivan.
Cool I already ordered my A220 in USA thanks for this tip.
Congrats! And thanks for stopping by.

Very interesting. Thank you for this video!

Hi ,nice video, one question ..a 220???here in Greece there isn't such a model.. what is the engine???(hp, torque, price) thank you in advance..
Thanks, it was available in 2019 as A220 fwd, now only A220 4MATIC. It's 2.0L petrol, engine M260, same as in A250 and A35 AMG
190HP, 300Nm, 0-100kmh 6,9s, top speed 240kmh
great video getting mt 200 d amg soon 🤗🤗🤗
Thanks and congrats!

Do all the a class cars have the ambient lighting inside ?
What does the A C rest function cost in energy? Does it pull a lot of battery charge?? How long can it last?

The unlock and all windows down has been on most Mercs for many years.
I know, nice feature
Some cars have it..as comfort package
Do u have park sensor and light inside everywhere
He got a Renault engine inside 😂😂😂
Good video...thanks
My car not lock with fob what is reason ...do u know how to reset fob to lock door via fob please
Just to check, leaving the a/c button on won’t drain your battery?
Hi Ivan, where did you buy those floor mats that you have in you car? Many Thanks
Those are Gledring rubber mats! You can order them online (Amazon, eBay, local online store), I bought them from local online store
Does this work on 2020 A180 saloon?
Clean your car 🙈🙈

Henrik Nielsen yo chill. It was a joke 🙂
I wanted to wash it obviously but I was in a hurry - will wash it properly for Full Review of the car 😎😁🤣
@@IvanSensei it's not a problem haha. It was just a quick n silly comment xD. You can have your car as dirty as you want :P
During winter after cleaning the car in few hours it is the same dirty 😄 luckily spring and summer starts soon!
Is your car optioned with Ambient lighting?
Car on the video didn't have ambient lights but my current car has
Ivan Sensei I feel like that’s a no brainer for 300 euros it’s a must, it makes the interior amazing.
Hey Ivan, are those red stitches stock option or add on option?
Comes standard with AMG line
@@IvanSensei Thank you! sorry to bother you but would you be able to share must-have features or options? I'm really interested in this car haha
Hey Guy, on 5:06 minutes the iPhone open automatically hey Siri in 9 of 10 try’s. Very funny just because of the accent 🤘
About the safe key, you can put it in and remove it without any worries, once you press the button the key pops out you dont need long nails 😅
I know now, on my new key it falls out easier!
Great.. thanks... Have you done one on sensors on and off and radio?
The parking light should always point to the direction of traffic.
I want to ask if there is a CD Player in the car, I only use USB
Very informative. Many thanks.
Glad to hear that, thanks for stopping by!
I've had a used vito van since Oct 18 and although I had 2 fobs, I often thought the keys were lost. Turns out I have a secret key too. wow!!!
another great video, thank you mate 👍👍👍
Is it true that all Mercedes does not have remote car start?
To opening Windows is needed keyless?
Same in the E Class. And all in the manual
My a200 amg line executive pack won’t open the windows when I hold the open key
It’s not working for me . Do we need the keyless go pack ?
Do you get Apple carplay/android auto with the A class?
Yes but you need to buy it when you purchase the vehicle it's not in base spec.
@@IvanSensei you can easily buy it on the Mercedes online store after you got the car and left this option open.
Any tricks for the e class 220d premium amg?????
1,2,3,4 features should be the same, not sure about glove box - check it out!
That's interesting and useful 👍
Thanks Michele!
Love it! 💪🏼
I know a secret book with all this secrets... its called manual !
Why do people still consider opening windows using the key to be a “trick” in 2019? My 2007 car does that. It’s hardly a “hidden” trick. It’s standard
Good, next video will be "standard tricks"
The window opening and closing only works on certain model. It certainly doesn’t work on mine (registered end of 2019, 68 plate, UK)
None of these are "hidden". Mercedes cars have had these features for about 20 years already and well documented in the user manuals.
The thing is 99% of the people don't read user manuals that's why they are "hidden" 😀
can you start the engine or the air-condition remotely? either by the key or the app?
Yes, if you have optional auxiliary heating.
@@IvanSensei AHA, good news, thank you.
Mercedes me does turn on the engine on my GLC300
Where do you live?
Does this spec have no ambient lighting inside at all??
Yes, exactly
Lol the small screen 😂
Now big screen 😉
Hey bro can you tell me main difference btw the two variants in A class..
What do you mean?
@@IvanSensei I heard that there is two varieties in A class A 180 and A200 and AMG

I'll try it thanks
Why does the Mercedes created 5th function? What's the purpose of turning only one side of the ligths?
It's for better visibility during short term parking
Ivan Sensei isn’t turning all of the lights on better option?
Great tips 👍👍👍
