I'm watching this snowmageddon series for probably the 4th time and still loving it. I also watch your firewood production and some of the field work. Clean, honest, entertainment. So glad you're alive :)
I enjoy watching the winter sports. Haven't had enough snow where I'm at in Michigan to bother dragging my blade down the road yet this year (knock on wood). Wishing you and yours all the best in 2022.
The weather is rewriting it's own rules. In Ireland here, mildest January in decades. Fields have a nice green coating. Crazy stuff, probably rain all summer 😁
Good to see you out in the snow again. Nice set-up on the tractor and the video is great as usual. Appreciate your take on the weather and difficulties of plowing in your neck of the woods.
I just watched this video and I just subscribed to your channel. This was really enjoyable to watch. I plowed snow in upstate New York (up near Vermont) for many years so I can relate to what you were saying…especially about the drifting snow and the dirt and gravel roads. Now I’m off to watch the rest of your videos.
We ended pushing that night in se ky. Had around 8 to 9 inches total after it finally quit. We've had 2 more snows since it's fun pushing for a cpl hrs then it turns into work lol. Be safe when you're out there
highly enjoy snow plowing videos i work at a hospital and when i went in to push the lots off what a mess. when i first pushed everything off was nice but heavy then it was bad all became slush what a mess even with a wheeled loader had a tough time. love your the tractor setup that plow is awesome.
Her in Norway we use spikes that's drilled in to the ribbs on the tractor tires and you can easily remove them again and it gives a superb comfort and grip
We got the most snow we've had in 50 years here in the Comox Valley, Canada this year. Usually it snows maybe twice and only sticks around for 2-3 days, week tops
First time catching your bid, where are you located? That tractor did pretty good job, and I think you found new way to plow gravel roads, I plow in central Wisconsin and I have couple of alleys that are gravel pain when not frozen! Stay safe out there bro!
I'm glad it stayed East of the WNC Mtns, 6 inches here, points East and South had dbl that, love the snow pushing vids, makes me wanna come help lol. That's a beautiful place in VA, I don't want to be no where else but these Mtns, stay safe brother.
We got 15 inches from this storm in Maryland out of nowhere. Power was out for days and we must've burned a cord of wood. It was a good week to have wood.
@@DLHFarms I hear that. Drove up the road just before the power came back and realized all my neighbors skipped town. Only 2 other people around and they had generators
Awesome video! It was definitely a wet snow and has not melted yet in Amherst. I am thinking about buying a wood splitter and doing free fire wood here, I didn’t know if you would be interested in expanding?
How do you like you 6030? I bought a t4030 this year its been work in progress but good one so far 3400hrs. The muffler for my 4030 is 600.00..so its straight piped
It’s been pretty good for a NH. The pipe and muffler are rotten on it. The muffler was $650 and the pipe from the turbo to the muffler was $700 😕 it’s ordered.
@@DLHFarms good.. i had to do alot to mine when i bought it..itvwas a bushogging tractor, wires were broke under cab, shuttle shift was messed up due to crimped lines from cooler to valve block on transmission, the sleeve and front shaft to the 4wd were stripped out, cuz they ran duals and had a front loader and weights on all at same time..pipe from muffler to stack was rotted off, seat was wore out..so alot of work on my part and a new paint job, she looks and acts brand new...they abused it ..shes got it easy now..mowing and rolling hay
I absolutely hate trip edges. Run a 10' boss DXT v plow. It's fine on black top but you get on chip and seal or gravel it tears hunks out of the road when it trips.
Dennis, when you sat in that tractor before starting it up I could see a very dirty line all around the cab headlining, how did that happen, did the headlining get wet? That dirty line looks just like the scum line after my wife has taken a bath, she drives a green tractor.
I love these snow plowing videos, but you are right- you need a better mic. I can barely hear what you are saying most of the time. It was kinda cool to google map where you were running and see it from the air while we were riding along with you..

Love the snow pushing vids Dennis, been waiting on a new one for a couple of years 👍🏻
I got another one coming from Izzy also
Might have you a another video this weekend too.

I've been waiting all year for your snow plow videos! I really enjoy them. Thanks for sharing with us!
Awesome I’ve got a better snow video coming down the pipe.

Thanks!
Thanks for the ride along Dennis. Nicely done as always 👍
Thanks!
Thanks for the 'ride along ' Dennis, interesting to watch somebody else lowing snow for a change! :)
Stay tuned for the next one. Used three different tractors and both snow blowers.
First time I watched you 3 or 4 years ago now it was a snow pushing video. Have Good Day!
Awesome. I’ve got another snow video coming soon from Izzy also.

Ive missed your snow plowing videos glad you got a new one out.
I’ve got another one with snow blowing coming soon also
It’s always fun to ride alone with you as you plow the snowy roads. Thanks enjoyed watching.
Denver, has been dry not much snow this year. Thanks 🙏
Thanks!

What's nuts is NC,SC like KY has had more snow than Vermont and Connecticut.
Love the plowin videos. Hope to see more in the future! Maybe it’s time to get a nice chrome stack!
Got another snow video coming soon

Sorry you had a tough time with it but sounds like you got it done that’s the main thing.
That blue tractor still does the job!!!
Yeah so far haha
Those puppies were pretty persistent lol .
Only run away from home as far as you want to run back
Haha
Loved the video cause I love the snow. Thanks Dennis for sharing
Awesome!
Big Blue getting it done. Nice job.
Dang right. Thanks
@@DLHFarms You driving a New Holland?
Hi there D., Great video! Love the relaxing ride with ya.
Thanks

This is something I have often wondered about.
Morning Dennis, it's 25 & beautiful, gorgeous sunshine here in Louisiana
It’s supposed to be a cold week here
@@DLHFarms y'all have a good week
Thanks for taking us along Dennis
👍
Nice plowing view with the wiper on, we have a Kubota tractor with no cab 👍🏻
Burrr
Good one hoss enjoyed the content 👍when the sun came out towards the end of the video, there is nothing prettier than sun drenched snow💪🏻🇺🇸💪🏻
Yeah it’s pretty
This snow was crazy. On Saturday it was 78 degrees in South Boston and on Monday 4 or 5 inches of snow!
Yes it kinda blew our minds.
I was wondering why it was little louder than normal Dennis. Lol love watching you pushing the snow! Keep the videos coming!!
Thanks more snow videos coming.
I got hypnotized watching that windshield wiper!!!
Me too

Thanks for watching Ted!
dogs are the best.
Yes
i just can not get enough of these snow removal type videos.... they are addicting haha...
I agree
Thanks for the ride a long. Noticed left wing seems to leave quite a bit of snow Compared to center section of blade
Yea it’s worn out and we are working on it.

I agree on the mountains!
Almost as good as riding along!
Thanks
Finally we've been getting some decent snows! I remember this snow and it surprised us too.
Yeah it really put it down
Love the video I'll have to try the back blade trick next time it snows.
Worked good on the gravel.
nice vid :) we're not getting a break from snow.. getting old..lol
Wish I had some more
@@DLHFarms u can have mine 😁
Great video Dennis. That rear blade seemed to work well on the gravel roads. Did your boys get to play in the snow ?
Yes they did they loved it!
That left side outer flap doesn’t look like it’s plowing or cordoning off any snow off the roadway. Maybe it needs adjusted lower?
It was worn out. It’s got an all new edge on it now.
Looks like fun!
Yeah for the first 24 hours then it gets old haha
Great video thank you for sharing 😀😘
Thanks for watching!
I live 10 miles from the Canadian border in northern Minnesota so believe me sir I know a lot about snow I’ve had 60 years of it
I’m sure you do. Respect.
We got 15 inches from this storm in Maryland out of nowhere. Power was out for days and we must've burned a cord of wood. It was a good week to have wood.

I’m doing about all I can now. It’s really hard to find enough logs to get through the winter.
@@DLHFarms yeah I was wondering about that, I probably would have to buy a few loads of logs and just split enough for a few families each winter
You should try coating your back blade with cooking spray it makes the snow roll right off
Well the blade was turned backwards was the biggest problem.
Great video Dennis did a great job
Thanks!

Great video, how many miles of road are you guys responsible for?
Not sure exactly. Never measured it.
I was wondering if you had snow, did you get more from this last storm this week?
Hope all is well Dennis you and Family 👍
Yes I did, got to push and blow with all 3 tractors video coming.

Haha the cab leaks anytime you wash the tractor and spray water up from the ground. All junk NH tractors have this problem.
awesome snowplowing video.
Thanks
Finally 😂😂snow plowing video,, unfortunately its not green , but we are all singing the “Blues” so i guess its fitting😂😂
Don’t worry the next snow video will have blue, green, and red in it.
Does the state/county pay you by the mile to push snow ?
By the hour.
Is there a way to add a taller shoe on the front blade for doing dirt roads- leave a little more snow- but it would be flat...
It used to have skid shoes on it but they wore off in about two snow pushes.
Thanks for the video! I plow snow for local Township I run an HLA 5000, do you ever have any trouble with water caps or manhole covers?
We actually don’t have any of those around here. There are no public utilities here other than phone and overhead power.
should put a heated wiper kit on your plow tractor
It has one on it already
I love these snow plowing videos, but you are right- you need a better mic. I can barely hear what you are saying most of the time. It was kinda cool to google map where you were running and see it from the air while we were riding along with you..
That’s cool to use google maps to find me
@@DLHFarms The terrain looks so much different from ground level than it does from overhead, but that's always the case.
Good idea
Was that Jess and Walts cooking camper I saw at 26.54?
Haha there no telling out on that road what you will see.
I know the feeling of that
Dennis, u plowing private or public roads?
Public roads we contract for Vdot.
How come the left wing isn’t scraping down to the asphalt?
Cutting edge was worn out. It’s fixed now
At least you have the best tracker…..
I like my Deere
MLK day we had 12 inches and windy as all heck, then we had another 4 inches the next day, way too much to my liking.
Sounds like fun to me
What kind of blade are you using?
HLA Snow wing 4200w
👍🏻
Thanks
LOVE THE VIDEO BUT CAN'T UNDERSTAND ONE GOD DAM WORD YOU ARE SAYING LOL
I’m working on fixing that got new equipment coming
Try a different device I can hear it pretty good with headphones or on my computer
What blade are you using?
HLA Snow wing 4200. 10 ft blade with 2, 3ft wings.
@@DLHFarms thanks! I’ve been looking for something like that for my PowerStar 75
