I love the tricks and tips you offer like in this video and my P.T Team tries to work them in, but I can't do them due to my left leg weakness and non-function due to a spinal cord injury years ago. But I watch anyway just in case I see something I can do. Thanks Doug.
Great exercises! Starting today with #1. Have poor balance and trouble walking. I know it's going to take time to work.
I'm 65 years old. And, lately I'm noticing that my balancing is out of wack..I can't seem to find balancing quick enough, and ended falling and injured myself. Especially during winter time..and, going to church ⛪ service every Sunday morning. 😢..Yep.hehe
