I am from Greece, actually the "ragtime" as Dr.K said it is a song from Vasilis Tsitsanis. Tsitsanis is one of the greats in greek "folk" music, as we say it here in Greece, rebetiko. The name of the song is "Μπαξέ τσιφλίκι" ("Baxe Tsifliki"). Great talent!
He reminds me of Rayane Hechmi, 15 years old, who won the last season of France's got talent after practising the piano for only 1 year. As he didnt't have any piano, he was playing only in train stations using the free pianos.
