Zach, fantastic buddy!! I love the tone and the skill of this version, you play off of each other brilliantly!! This was so difficult to play in such a reserved way, and in front of a crowd. You impress me more and more each time you present a something new. Be proud of yourself, I know that I am and I think I speak for this audience when I say Bravo!! Keep working your way to Carnegie Hall and The Royal Albert Hall. So great young man!!
Just came from the Cole Lam site, and I have now subscribed. You are an amazing young musician, and I hope the whole world learns of you, very soon! When the caption came up to feel free to sing at home, I had to laugh, because I was already! Until last year, Spring, 2023, I had never heard any of Queen’s music, then my community choir performed BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY at our concert, and I fell in love with it! (I will be 80 in July, 2024, and was a classically trained coloratura lyric soprano. Well, I am still classically trained, but my voice has moved down about five notes, but I still have a four octave range, so I am not so much of a coloratura anymore.😁) Freddie Mercury was an amazing musician. My favorite pieces of his are three songs he wrote for the album BARCELONA, which he performed with opera soprano, Montserrat Caballé: the title piece, BARCELONA, and THE GOLDEN BOY, and the best for last, HOW CAN I GO ON?
Hello Zach , Am pleased that you found another talented pianist to accompany you in this piece. The importance of this opportunity is you both were impressive and brought joy to everyone. Keep it up!
Wow, wow, wow. I don't know how old you are but if you play like that now you have an enormous future ahead of you. You brought tears to my eyes. Thank you so much for sharing. Greetings from Australia.
His name is Zach and he's probably 10 y/old by now. One of his earlier videos was about a year ago playing Bo Rap with Cole Lam, it noted he was 9 at that time, and very very shy. You should check out his channel, there's some seriously good videos on there, including one playing a full size Steinway Concert Grand.
Thanks for giving us the name of the other player. I think I can speak for a lot of us hear when I say that we're always looking for talented people to watch on YT. Keep up the great work. I look forward to watching you continue to progress.
That was beautiful Zack. It seemed like the two of you had been playing together for years. You are an amazing musician and a great inspiration to all of us. Keep at buddy, you just keep getting better and better. Much love from Pennsylvania, USA.
Communicating in tune, tempo, timing and speed with other musicians is the mark of a good musician/musicians. Well done, Zach and your duet partner. 🥰💖💖
Hey there Superstar, I liked and subscribed long ago! 👍. Huge fan from across the pond! So proud of you! 😇 Nice job, I noticed you were dying to play your left hand! Too Kool. You did so well with her. Loved your comments on screen. I must say I prefer the one you did with Cole. Somehow it was more magical. Also so glad you posted a regular video, your shorts are fun but I miss the comments. A ‘like’ is not as good as a comment. 😉 So glad your subscribers are growing. Hope some day you make some $ off them! I’d gladly contribute. God bless you and your music. You bring joy and smiles to all who see you! 👍😀🙏🏻
Great stuff Zach, well done, and thanks for sharing. I remember when Cole played alongside you, you were at the left hand end of the keyboard that time. It's good to see your subs still climbing, well deserved. Have you managed to get back to the Steinway showroom? I recall you mentioned you were hoping to get another session there?
à propos feel free to sing at home… how come nobody’s singing along? (Of course they are mesmerised by the great pianists, but… still… ok, maybe I just like to sing a bit too much…) Or is that very much not a thing at these happenings?
Please Like and Subscribe if you enjoyed!

At 2:25 you two pianists melded into one, meaning kindred spirits playing what came next, automatically. Spooky and cool. 👍✨️
