Woman led out of State Board of Education April meeting in handcuffs

After she disrupted a meeting of the State Board of Education, Audra Beasley was lead out of the room in handcuffs by state troopers.

But, wasn't this a public meeting? Also, it's difficult to form any opinion one way or the other without full context of HOW and WHY she interrupted the meeting. Hopefully there will be some follow up reporting.
