@@andrewsammut9342 Always...i only take what i can land in the Frying pan, in this case i was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to cook them direct after the dives for my Budys family! Gozitan people are the best and most guest friendly people i have ever met. it was an amazing week, just my ears didnt want to cooperate this time :(

Enjoy the meal!!!! Mine was average Size ~500g
With a couple nice Sargos and mullets and one good 30cm Shilpa a good meal. I Made them perfekt with caper Butter and mediterran vegetables..y friend ws amazed 😊
