they are authentic thanks to being unknown???????? you're not your taste in music, you're the feelings that you can bring up, by becoming one with it. I hope your ignorance hasn't survived another year.
First heard this song at the end of an old nitro snowboards promo video. i've been been searching what it was for ages. shazam brought me here ! Such a great score !
Dude! Nitro Snowboards - Live to Win. It took me 18 years to find this song, because I just knew the song, I even forgot it was in that movie. I got it by coincidence. Listening to it after 18 yrs was an orgasm.
I cant stop jamming to them, I just found them after learning that Rameriez liked them, they are amazing. I may just have to say they have changed my life
Escucho esta rola por las mañanas y neta que me hace dejar en la cama toda la mierda negativa con la que a veces me levanto jajaja más años para Pentagram!!!!!
We've all been in that one relationship where the person seemed so outrageous and mystical, but really ended up being kind of lazy and deceptive. That's what I think about when I hear this song. Fantastic.
Danny Alarcon this band was the perfect band to do a nice fat shot to, but that was another time for me. living the clean life now. it's hard to listen to it, and not think about that shit. wow!!
This sounds like a mix of things. Blues, and early heavy metal influences like blue cheer and Sabbath,. I also think bobby L was a Hugh iggy and the stooges fan ,He probably wanted a similar sound to them .yet the rest of the band had their own influences and it came all together to get this. this is awesome stuff.
So what version, or album is this from?? The lazy lady on first daze here doesnt have the little guitar solo in the beginning. Neither does the macabre mix….. this has always been the version I was familiar with. When I got the vinyl was disappointed this wasn’t the version
im guesssing the original 2002 release. they remasterd this collection a seond time in 2016. 2016 edition seems to be the one on spotify with the odd remasters, the macabre recordings (which the original release didnt have) , and the worse version of this song that ten seconds shorter than this.
Lazy Lady's fortune's up Ah, she's gettin' out of hand Took three years to find her out That I couldn't ever be her man Yea, she spit in my face And I threw her out She didn't even give a damn And not too long when she starts to play I think she'll start to understand She's such a lovely lady Yea, don't look lady, I won't be around I ain't the kind for a second chance Well, I could wander down the alley for a two-bit tramp But I can't dig a hooker's romance I thought it was fine 'bout the very first time You're quite a mystical chick But the most of our luck Ran the ace of spades Lady now you turn me sick Get home! Lazy Lady's growing old She's twenty but she acts like ten And when I look back on all the good times we had I hope I never see her again But now lady was coy She came running back She had a new trick up her sleeve She bought the whole block that I'ma livin' on Now she says she wants me to leave She's such a lovely lady!
No...you didn't over analyze it. The Macabre name was just to avoid PENTAGRAM as being too...you know. Bobby really shouldn't have re-recorded a new guitar part. The original will appear soon. As well as more incredible 'gems', of which I'm not going to speculate on at this time. The third "First Daze Here" will be a killer addition to the trilogy. Geof at this moment is putting the finishing touches to the new BEDEMON recording as I write. The wait will be worth it!
@ItinerateWolfMop I agree that a bands name can influence their sound, I don't think Black Sabbath would have sounded the way they did when they were known as Earth.
amazing this is 1972, we re tealking about. 52 years ago. Great fat groove. quality is good. Bobby.
Listened to this song for 7 hours while I drove to Canada. Memorable drive.
Yee
I know exactly what you're talking about. I am from Brazil and I did the same crossing my state: Minas Gerais. best trip ever HAHA
Listened to this for 25 hours driving from Texas to California. Definitely got old after a while, but will always love Pentagram.
Why do I get the less rad version of this song on Apple Music
Memorable song. Much love from Nova Scotia Canada
This is the best version of this song
Greg mayne is a severely underrated bassist
They were recorded and produced beautifully .
Cool stuff, love the hard blues sound. Early metal like this is great.
Pure emotion.
This song kills me every time, man.
Pentagram forever
And ever and ever
Aerosmith is popular while these guys are obscure. the world is quite unfair
Debdatta Chakravorty Aerosmith's 70s output is fucking massive! But yeah, sometime in the 80's they turned to shit.
No reason to degrade Aerosmith, both bands are awesome
I love Aerosmith as well..the industry isn't fair to everyone and it sucks..glad people are still hearing and discovering them today..
one of the most Underrated bands , had to be known beside Black Sabbath.....fathers of Doom.
Hell man I like the obscure stuff more because it creates some interesting new friendships through new music to strangers.
Yeh its shocking that they remained unknown - but they are 100% authentic thanks to that... and their music will survive
they are authentic thanks to being unknown????????
you're not your taste in music, you're the feelings that you can bring up, by becoming one with it.
I hope your ignorance hasn't survived another year.
No you are unknown thanks to being authentic ;)
jeremiasz rebelka mmmmmm, now you are music.
@@konoyarobakayaro6120
Hahaha ... feeling triggered, aren't ya!!
She's such a lovely lady
And that bass player... Damn that MF is awesome
His name is Greg Mayne, I went to school with him and Vincent McAllister, lead guitar until his untimely passing...
Not sure i have words to express how music like this helps me get through the day ...fucking amazing band .
legendary lots of soul and blues!
Amazing with the bass, guitar and drum!
Beautiful song. Love it!
you are beautiful.
This is the best verision👍
My ears have been blessed by this version
First heard this song at the end of an old nitro snowboards promo video.
i've been been searching what it was for ages.

@@maroscincura2444 yes, that's it !!!
being a stripper and stripping to this song was the best thing I've ever done.
We need more women like you out there, doing God's work 🤘
I need to see you do that
Es la segunda canción que escucho de Pentagram, y son jodidamente excelentes! x)
I wish they played more stuff like this when they play live.
Pentagram is the most underrated metal band of all time.
isn't this rather blue rock?
some awesome bass riffs
Anyone think Bobby Liebling has a little Ian Anderson in his vocal style?
yes.
A bit, but a lot of 70s rock singers had that vocal performance
Great song from a great group.
Great, old music... We must remember about it, because unfortunately these wonderful time won't go back..
+A Truchan try been born into this shit they play now days
that bass
This shit paved the path for Down. Bad ass southern rock influences, Sabbath influences.. That break kills me every time.
that '72 vinyl 45 version is unfortunately without that wicked lead guitar intro but its rare and heavy as fuck
ka ti you are the rare one.
Has this version ever been released on CD? Every compilation I've found so far has the other version without the lead guitar :/
Richie Jackson got me into this band, its fucking amazing
I'm surprised I never herd of this band before this is my kind of music kind of Black Sabbath or Blue Cheerish love it!!!
*cheer
I cant stop jamming to them, I just found them after learning that Rameriez liked them, they are amazing. I may just have to say they have changed my life
Oh, you mean that Zodiac Killer creepy bastard son stalker guy??
I wish that I was my age now, back then..
this band rules
I LOVE THIS EARLY TUNES SO MUCH
The start of LAZY LADY is FUCKIN EPIC
Well the song is EPIC
This original lineup is so fucking good, it brings a tear to my eye.
Gefällt mir,Song kommt lässig rüber.
We've all been in that one relationship where the person seemed so outrageous and mystical, but really ended up being kind of lazy and deceptive. That's what I think about when I hear this song. Fantastic.
Ur describing Bobby himself, all praise to him though
🤣

Pentagram nuff said this band kills it
The version on Apple Music doesnt have the guitar at the beginning and it sucks cause It’s so rad
This is perfect!

Listened to this song in high school when I thought everything going on then mattered
A brilliant song from the masters Pentagram
That's why we are doing this cover and Sign Of the Wolf cuz they are the of the hook.

+Florent Mathurin careful
on my 6000th or something , always gets me up from my nod
Danny Alarcon this band was the perfect band to do a nice fat shot to, but that was another time for me. living the clean life now. it's hard to listen to it, and not think about that shit. wow!!
O'keef and Liebling = A duo worth a lifetime
base playing in this song is epic.
IMHO the best sounding Pentagram, maybe it's less doom but it has that udescribable, characteristic style
fucking love this band
killer track
This sounds like a mix of things. Blues, and early heavy metal influences like blue cheer and Sabbath,. And i'm back again for the 2nd time this day
Such a shame what happened to them. They could've been huge! They are 100 times better than KISS! Way to bounce back though Bobby! Proud of you 🤟🏼🤟🏼🤟🏼
yeahhh
That guitar intro version so psicodelic
Lazy Lady's fortune's up
Ah, she's gettin' out of hand
Took three years to find her out
That I couldn't ever be her man
Yea, she spit in my face
And I threw her out
She didn't even give a damn
And not too long when she starts to play

She's such a lovely lady
Yea, don't look lady, I won't be around
I ain't the kind for a second chance
Well, I could wander down the alley for a two-bit tramp
But I can't dig a hooker's romance
I thought it was fine 'bout the very first time
You're quite a mystical chick
But the most of our luck
Ran the ace of spades
Lady now you turn me sick
Get home!
Lazy Lady's growing old
She's twenty but she acts like ten
And when I look back on all the good times we had
I hope I never see her again
But now lady was coy
She came running back
She had a new trick up her sleeve
She bought the whole block that I'ma livin' on
Now she says she wants me to leave
She's such a lovely lady!

Anyone know why the version on streaming is different than this mix????
Another version of this photograph has the top left figure edited out. Who was that person, and why the editing?
@ItinerateWolfMop I agree that a bands name can influence their sound, I don't think Black Sabbath would have sounded the way they did when they were known as Earth.
Victor played/plays guitar. Vincent Bass
Geoff was the drummer not guitarist for this recording and Vincent had already switched from badd to guitar by this time as well.
sounds like a cool late 60's stuff
Wow! Is that so?
vincent played bass. guitar was played by geoff o'keefe
Yeah, I heard that Kiss thought these guys were so fucking good, they offered to buy two of their songs.
alguien con la cara tatuada dijo una vez que a leibling le habian cortado lo s brazos por jacoman!
posta? njaja
That chorus sounds exactly like prime Down.
4ver Bobby
Sounds like Captain Beyond.
You forgot to mention Geof - the friendly face of Pentagram
where can i get similar type of songs?
ha ha ha!! well said
Sorry, you are right.

When psychedelic garage punk meets Sabbath you get...
