@@p.davidson7519 Yes that's right. Pigeon's dad use to come in intervals to feed them. But during the day time when mother pigeon use to take a break of 20 minutes that time pigeons were left alone ... mostly crows attack the nest when they don't find mother with the cheeks. I covered the nest with two bedsheets. I use to keep grains and water daily for parents...so that they don't have to struggle going out for food and can spend time more with the cheeks. I thank God, both the babies took first flight. They are healthy. Coming regularly to my balcony on their own to eat grains. Father pigeon assisted them to take a first flight. Babies and parents stay in my balcony. They soar in the day time and come back by 5:30 pm. Parents still feed them at least once in a day. Now babies eat whole grain on their own so they don't have to completely depend on parents. It was a wonderful experience for me.
