We have been using this 16 years old inverter at our home since 2017, the battery never replaced once. On 14th Aug 2023 early in I noticed that inverter was shutdown after showing low battery . The battery was giving few minutes of backup. I observed the battery terminal was fully courreted also the inverter battery connector was fully corruted . It was very hard for me to disconnect the inverter wire from the battery as all two bolts are corruted and attached with the battery terminal .
Some how I able to disconnect the terminal clean all of the terminal and reconnect with the battery after that it was a miracle . It was giving me few hours of backup .
How to clean battery terminal - Hello guys in this video I will share with you How you can clean you battery terminal. If you have a old battery and there are some rust and salt on the battery terminal its a sign to clean it. Because of dirty battery terminal the battery have more resistance so it don't charge or discharge properly. And it doesn't give good backup. Battery performance drop. So if you clean lead acid battery terminal it will keep your battery healthy and give you more backup.
To clean the battery terminal we will use some backing soda + hot water solution an clean the terminal with a tooth brush.
After cleaning the terminal we also can use sand paper to sand the terminal for better electric connectivity.
If you battery is old and getting low backup you can use a desultory to revive the battery.

I have same battery and inverter as u have im facing backup problem now .when there is light mains on and charging but when light goes inverter gets off in 10 mins what can be the reason

put the drone in check in luggage and put the battery in carry on luggage.
do not use any parcel service as import drone is ban in india, to do so you need a DGCA approved drone license
