I'm so glad you did this! I don't have an instagram account and had seen a few you did on UA-cam. Thank you ❤
I enjoy your art. I don’t watch reels/shorts of anyone I follow. This is just feedback. Not a negative comment. I just like watching videos, not shorts. I know, I’m in the minority 😅
I'm the same! 💖🤗
Ditto!
Double ditto 😊
I don’t either. It’s better to group them like this especially for an alphabet.
I appreciate how much guidance you pack into your “shorts“; however, personally, I prefer the longer, relaxed sense from your videos. It feels like being privileged to watch you work in your studio while you chat about what you are doing. The personal touch feels good.
You made my day!! I am inspired to try all of these!!! I have your book!! I AM FOCUSING on leaarning to paint flowers!!!
Very helpful Emma!!, the one I appreciated the most is the Orchid, your explanation was spot on. All other tutorials just made it way too complicated!!!. 🤫❤
You're an amazing teacher at every speed! Ty for sharing as im not on Instagram. Beautiful work!
This is a great idea for doing on the Paul Rubens watercolor sketchbook! My favorite flower and Spring scent is the Lilac (and Honeysuckle). They both would grow wild on the country roads in Michigan and driving with the windows down was such an intoxicating aroma! Thank you for sharing your alphabet series of flowers.
Love it. Thanks Emma.
I have worked on this for two days, and can’t wait to work through the rest of your alphabet! Each one is a mini-tutorial on a technique; for me, water and brush control are challenging. I am having a blast mixing colors, though - and I’ve got some funky exotic leaves on the most domestic of flowers to prove it. Thanks so much for putting this together!
This looks so easy😳😱. I have to try. Thanks Emma!
This is perfect, thank you. I enjoy the quick reference to direct me to the in-depth lessons individually. I will be doing all of these, I’m trying to learn to paint flowers and this is just what I need.
Thank you so much ,I really needed the Violet 💜🌹
This is sooooo helpful! A crash course in botanicals.
Perfect, love this idea. Personally, I love shorts. Thank you for what you do.
Beautiful quick flowers. I enjoyed seeing the variety all together. Thank you!
Love this concept of using alphabet… it’s a bit ‘rushed’ for me to follow along. I so get the idea of just flowing along but I needed more pausing to take some notes. I’m wondering if you possibly posted them anywhere in their ‘finished’ form for rookies to use as reference when painting them. I tried to snap photos of each one myself but just kept missing grabbing a good shot. Diving in now to try and paint each one as a way to practice strokes, shadowing, leaves, petals etc. Thanks for putting the together.🖌️🎨
Andersonville, Tennessee here! Thank you so much for this! I am just beginning to try my hand at this, and it is so nice to have these all in one place. You are the best!
Thanks so much for this tutorial, Emma - so helpful in identifying flower shapes - and a few names I have never come across before!
Bonjour et merci. Vos fleurs à l aquarelle sont vraiment magnifiques et toutes vos vidéos aussi. J apprends petit à petit grâce à vous. Bonne journée à vous. 🐱🦋🐞😻
Last week I was looking for more flower alphabet videos past F. Thank you for adding this video. Look forward to the rest of the alphabet.
Love these. Thank you. Hope this will be available to purchase.
What a great way to fill a sketch book. Thank you Emma for the inspiration and for sharing with us xx
Thank you for taking the time to do this, Emma. I really appreciate. 😊

Perfect, Love this video and its not too fast!
Very nice. My favorite spring flower is:
Lily-of-the-Valley
And of course Lilacs
Love your flower paintings Emma ! My favorite flower is a hydrangea 😊
I have been doing these as they pop up on FB, lovely to have them all here. I struggle with Instagram!
Love this, I had been trying to follow these tutorials and finding them in order on your sight was not easy! Love that you have them all together! Thank you
Loved this really helpful, thank you
Love this!!!
Yay!! I was wondering where the rest of the letters were
These look amazingly simple yet look fabulous ..I like the idea of doing it as an alphabet ..Thank you 🥰
Love this one, so well explained as always. Looking forward to part 2, and hoping to give this a try myself. TFS
This sketchbook is going to look so lovely when it’s all finished 😊
I loved this! Thank you. Can't wait for the next one.

Lovely!!!
Thank you so very much Emma, I appreciate you doing this as I don’t do Instagram!💖🤩. Your painting lessons are wonderful 😊😍💓
Thank you, Emma.❤
lovely as usual, thanks Emma.
I believe narcissis and daffodil are different flowers. My mother always told me daffodils are one color; narcissis have a different color center “trumpet.”
Oops I was wrong - again. All three of these popular flowers: daffodil, jonquil, and narcissis all fall under the narcissis family. I think there is a difference between a daffodil and jonquil, but they are all narcissis. I’m sure I spelled something wrong. Sorry for confusing your beautiful alphabet. I would happily buy a poster with it on it. Any chance you’d make one available?
I’m sure you are right. They are different flowers but belonging to the same family. Same as me and my sister, you and yours. Same family, but different names, different people - different flowers, same family.
Those first few flowers were set up perfectly to really show the strokes you were doing, but then when you switched to the other sketchbook, it was so zoomed out and washed out from the bright lights that I found myself squinting at my phone to try and see more clearly 😅
I've noticed this with your other videos that have this setup, and every time I'm wishing I could zoom in so I to better see what you are doing to try and replicate it. I really love your tutorials and videos, so I just wish they was easier to see! I know it's probably difficult to find the right filming equipment, setup, and settings to get good footage, but whatever you were doing for those first flowers was perfect and made it so much easier to follow.
I hope this doesn't come across harshly, because I'm gonna watch either way and still like the videos. I just really want to be able to learn as much as I can from your tutorials, so when I'm not able to see the exact strokes you're doing and where you're leaving white space and little things like that I get dissapointed.
Amazing, that is what I am searching for!
Emma love these Ann uk 🇬🇧🇬🇧❤️❤️
💜💜💜
This was such a good idea...thanks, enjoyed watching so much. inspiring...hmm🤔...for whom can I make one of these....
💚🌿🌷🌿💚
Lilly of the Valley
love this idea Emma, did you do the alphabet lettering yourself?
Hi Emma. Did you find the time to put together the rest of the alphabet for UA-cam format?. I can't seem to find the rest. In doing some cleanup, I found the first part waiting to be finished. I do see them on Instagram but they are fast and can't be paused.
great video, what did you use for the letters
🍀💚🙏
Please draw from P to Z flowers
I dont watch reels. As a way to boycot them so fb and youtube know we dont want them
Some people enjoy them :)
