My hope for this space is to bring awarness to the realities of mental illness and the stigmas that can surround them. I myself have struggled with social anxiety for over 15 years now and is why I felt such an urge to start this channel. I know first hand what its like to deal with anxiety and I hope this channel can be a safe space for those who also are struggling.
