you have the adapter board upside down. if you check the bottom of the CH340, the marker should be pointing to the opposite way of the usb port. check also the software. it's showing you.

First of the green PCB is not connected to the programmer properly, to elaborate, pin 1 of the green PCB must be where pin 5 is when connected to the programmer. Secondly the SPI-BIOS IC has a dipped circle. Directly underneath the dipped circle is pin 1 of the IC that corresponds to pad 1 of the green PCB not pad 5 as shown incorrectly in the video. See @17:48 you will understand what I am saying.

At last the dot is there where you want to :) this bios chip was extra market why ever with that dot on the other side... and the green pcb can was connected right, because i had a other software, this software told me to connect the green pcb up on the bios programmer, the other software wants you to connect the green pcb down to the bios programme ;)

Mine got detected as a 8mbit flash, even though it was only 4mbit. Turns out I had to bend the pins of the flash down a little so that, when clamped down, all leads would touch the programmer. Seems to be working now!

i tried to used this programmer with the Asprogrammer application but it didnt work so i downloaded CH341A Mini Programmer (Black Edition) By_NSC and that one work great. Also i got the test clip so i didnt have to remove the bios chip but you have to make sure it is completely line up right or it will not work. You should not see any of the metal connectors sticking out when it on the chip and the red wire should be on pin 1 on the chip which is the one with the little hole on it.
The thing is, you can find this programmer with a lots of different softwares, so you need to take care that u get the right software for your bios programmer.

The small circle mark on chip should be always on pin 1 and not pin 5 now your bios chip have a circle with paint and another on chip which I think that is the original and should be on pin 1

For anybody facing the same issue, like Kamelio said just place the chip symbol at the bottom right instead of top left. I ran into the same problem with the v1.29 of the software where the picture shows to put the symbol at top left but couldn't detect the W25Q64FV chip.

The adapter is inserted the wrong way up. The chip orientation from the software is correct. You can verify it with a multimeter...
