Hi, 9am start on the TT is considered Gentleman Hours! Only a few cars in the carpark and you had the river virtually to yourself, nice bit of fishing. I tie the jelly blobs in four different colours and with a white veil. The important point is in the type of hook i use as it has to have a wider gape, yet be strong as well as sharp. I found that a lot of the over the counter ones blunted on the rocks or the hook straightened and I lost the fish. I just made sure to buy the best quality hooks and I stopped loosing fish, well most of the time. Keep it up, see you on the water soon. Cheers mate. Harera
