Awesome! I used to live there, and I visit my brother there every year. If you have any questions or need any advice, let me know. Durango is also a great place--just an hour away, with much more to offer. Thanks for watching! I appreciate you!
@@GentleGypsy my family has owned a couple houses in silverton since the 60s and ive been to visit numerous times. I know durango pretty well but the town doesn’t strike me as very charming personally and I the views aren’t as great. I would definitely pick ouray as the most amazing town in Colorado and that would be the biggest draw to durango for me imo.
I enjoyed your video i have a friend who lives in Pagosa Springs and I been out there twice to visit her i really like the area if i ever could afford to live there i would move there in a heartbeat
Thanks! I lived there in the 90s, and I my brother and his family still live there. I make it there every summer. I sure love it--it's so beautiful! I don't like the cold, though, so I definitely wouldn't live there in the winter. Thanks so much for watching!
Loved your video! Strongly considering moving to this area

Not much to the town. Enjoy the area now before it’s gentrified, overrun & overpriced.
It's very small. There's more to it, just not downtown. And it's already gentrified, overrun, and overpriced (just ask the locals!).
i live there and i hate it
I can understand that. I used to live there. Tourist towns aren't always fun for the locals.
It looks BORING!!
@@tp1201 It gets even more boring in winter!
