@@jazz2827 only use it during actual openings, like his beam or belly slam or when hes down. When theres an opening i immediately use it so the mon wont have time to recover
@@MygosMH no2, i mean after u hook, then fly right, when u press the button, bcos i always see u delay the damage, to aim for the soft spot instead of the wings (I watch almost all of your videos 😁)
@@rockym.g.3827 i know a lot of people say practice on diablos as he tends to have patterns that allow you to get the timing down before you move to monsters with odder timing patterns. But im not of speed running skill level so take that with a grain of salt lol

This helped me realize I have the Iai Spirit Slash timing all wrong. I thought you had to hit the button right as the attack was coming, but it just has to hit you before the attack swing happens during the grab animation, gonna make better use of that now.
Is this possible to do to a raging brachy? I've tried to solo it with ls but out of the two tries none succeeded. Current set is styg zing. Max blast resist decors, flinch free, part breaker. Just struggling with how to face it solo.
So....how did the first roar in the first 30 seconds not cause him to flinch but the second did? He isn't using earplugs or a mantle....something seems off about that.
Have you ever fought rajang? His roar when he enters rage mode doesnt make you flinch, its only his initial roar when he sees the hunter and his roar when he enters rampage mode that does
