I said to myself "I wonder if the dragonator will be in this" then a few seconds later he booped Fatalis on the nose for the kill.
Bro.. 1st nova and 2nd nova is instant death.. and 3rd. 4rd 5rd nova is not.. as long as you got at least 1 horn break.. you can eat max potion to heal you while you run. And survive the final blast.. team mate use dust of life is usefull too.. hope more hunters learn this and survive. 3rd 4th 5th nova. With at least 1 horn break

Bruh he was missing ONE HIT , if he had hit that earlier he would’ve saved at least extra 40 seconds
I think Fatalis is meant to do that last nova no matter what. Im pretty sure he was at 1 hp after the attack and any hit would kill him, but there was no way of saving that time
@@Jefstito actually no, only 2 nova is staged, i try it with trainer/tool and found out that he can die before doing the third nova. Yeah im suck at playing game.

Jefstito the thing is that there is a 4 player run that skips the last nova entirely, of course it’s HBG, but still they skip the last nova so it is possible
@@JusticeDrago95 Here's what happens. The last nova is skippable. However, if he starts up the animation , he's immortal during. Since he does it at 5% if you deal lets say 6% hp while it's knocked down, he'd simply die. But if you do 4.99% and he gets to start the nova, he'll just fly away and do it and be immortal during. After its done, he'll be at 0.01%hp and even a net can kill it

10:05 Peak Performance & no Divine Blessing Secret against Fatalis. You many resets did it take for you to accomplish this epic run? I get 2-shot by Fatalis when it just slithers on the ground.
Usually I just dodge/counter. Once you learn his move set like alatreon you will rarely ever get hit twice. But having at least 1000 def is recommended.
The hard thing with LS on fatalis is that he can actually counter your counter sometimes, like being shown here peppo getting hit several times. and also the hitbox of his body slam is so huge that even though you successfully did foresight on it you can still get hit

My best run was soloing him until the third phass,his vitals were low the epic music was playing the dragonator hit, I got filled with so much pride... only to fail with a time limit
@@nathanieltesoro4289 I'm currently farming its armor through the Special Assignments.
It is very useful because of the 5 faints.
If you breaks its head and wings without killing it and you get back from the quest, it will give all you need for the Armor.
In my mind, this is the Brisingr movie we never had...

Damn, dude, TA speedruns are awesome but this is like... raw footage you know? I mean, you use mantles, you use your stuff, your wall bangs. I've been trying to beat everything with raw skill, without using mantles and stuff but I think I'm just making things way harder for myself that way. You inspired me to keep trying (cuz I had given up after beating it once in a 4-men) with mantles. I don't even HAVE temporal/rocksteady mantles, much less the + version x.x

スキルは火事場に比べると簡単ですが、攻撃IIを三つ要しますので装備難易度は高いと思われます。
また、攻撃の護石を用意できれば
挑戦IIと攻撃IIを入れ替えても組むことはできます。
転身にスリンガー弾スキルを一つ入れることで直立時のぶっとばしの際に全ての石を消費しなくてすみます。
U can sub10 without dying once and i tried to beat him like 50times ans still not winning this
Oh trust me he did him more times than you failed. Keep doing this fight and you will learn all his moves which again makes the fight easier.
Couldnt beat him for 2 days then beat him 4 times in a row, two solos and two duo runs
@@SpeedFrez ya after the first complete it becomes a far easier task
I'd say try following one of the Fatalis scipts on YT. I get through Area 1 in about 4-5ish minutes or less with Dragon Ammo. I also get a horn break in around 8 mins so the rest of the fight is much less frustrating. Practice makes perfect. He's gunna beat your ass at first. Nothing you can do about it. Just keep learning his moves.
I beat him with just 6 attempts, sometimes his moves are unpredictable but He’s not that impossible, he’s more easier if you know his moves well

I agree that the dude was being a dumb fuck trying to compare himself to a dude who plays this game far more than he does. But its still better to just give general advice. He's a casual after all. I remember 11 yo me and my Bestfriend fighting fatalis in MH1 from 9 a.m to 3 p.m . countless carted and curse, and still lost at the end. But now , he will face a grown man.!!!!

Danm the amount of practice runs needed for this, literally attack fatalis head movement ahead of time to catch it with a helm breaker, that's so cool, plus also using its get up head movement after head break to continue you combo, then to refresh your level three spirit bar golden man... 👍👍

Is there anyone who breakdowns all fatalis moveset like where to position yourself, how he makes specific noises for delay explosion fire, noise for normal breath attacks and etc?
Also i tried using smoke bombs near balista but he keeps spotting me by shooting his fireballs

A question, if you dont have wind resistance, how are you avoiding knockback when fatalis flys to do its fire nukes?
You don’t then. The only thing that can stop the knock back is the rocksteady mantle.
@@SlawBunnies909 he didn't always have rocksteady on, case In Point, the final nuke, where both mantles are on cooldown yet he pushes right through no problem.
I’m not really sure why but that happens to me too sometimes. Probably just some janky hitbox
LS’s spirit attacks gives you wind resistance for minor wind pressure. If you are in a spirit combo, you won’t get the wind pressure from that animation (same happens for Lunastra). Different is with Kushala, that wind pressure is stronger so you can’t prevent it just with spirit attacks.
@@PeppoLS I see. This is actually really helpful. Though I assume it's a lot less helpful if you've just started the third or fourth hit in the spirit combo right as it moves.
It’s kind of funny how when fatalis was down during the third phase you and it’s mouth was open you used the spirt helm breaker and basically shoved a sword in its mouth

You almost able to skip the last Fire Ultimate.... If you just land one more hit to its head before it flew out, you would end the quest without waiting almost 1 minute during the last fire ultimate attack

Arrived late to iceborne. I keep getting swatted out the sky or missing helm breakers. Need to try and identify the right attack opportunities
But can you do that without details gear? How about another non elder dragon set
