@@Taran_TheGreat no..he is giving more emphasis on learning the core work that a CA is supposed to know rather than thinking about stipends and other irrelevant things...he is just saying that u must be able to be self employed just in case u don't get a job in any big MNCs...so he is focusing more on gaining knowledge and not just working with big firms just bcoz they are well known
