I've loved Russell Malone's performances and this album since I was in college and listened to them every day. When I lost my ability to play the saxophone when i was in college, music became so hard that I wanted to quit, but this album gave me hope, and I was able to continue playing music, listening to it every day and looking forward to the day when I could play all songs in it with the same arrangement as on this album.
