Sa Flexbond binuo mo, pero sa Primero Multiseal lahat lang ng cracks? 😂
Pare koy it is crucial to address not only the cases with cracks but the entire surface as well. The cement is porous, and even with the application of Primero Multiseal to the cracks, there may still be leaks. Begin by focusing on all the corners and then proceed to treat all the cracks with Primero and cloth. For larger cracks, consider enlarging them to create a V shape, applying concrete epoxy before using Primero Multiseal. Once the cracks and corners are treated, make sure to cover the entire flooring and walls, extending at least 1 foot on the wall for overflow, and comprehensively seal the top of the wall to prevent any leaks.
