I thought I would be able to learn some hints on how to learn French by watching this, but because it was entirely in French I learned nothing. It's probably good for those who already know French, but not so much for those interested in learning the language.

Just my opinion, but I wouldn't call him "fluent". No offense, but I live in Paris, and I can tell you that his vocabulary is very limited. Even very young children in France speak with 10x the complexity. He may be around B2 or C1, but nobody would call that fluent. Just my opinion.
