Are you able to do a video on this with the new patch and also taming one of these at level 40-45. Sounds hard but nearby is a camp with a flying dragon. I have seen the levels at around 50-55. I mostly want to see if it is possible to do
I could give it a-go to tame a flying one. But I think the cost of the trap wouldn’t be practical for normal rates. Been wanting to do this tbh.
Average Cox Gaming I think even if it fails it still would be cool to do. I am newer to this game but I have been playing a lot. I have a private pve sever on 1x. WhenI made the original post I was level 40 and now I am 52. Now I am much more prepared for when I do get one of them. Have a great day!

Not yet. I almost went in solo yesterday but decided not to. Waiting on my house mates to level up some more.

How do you tame a dragon? Tame way you do a lesser creature, you just have to bear with it longer.
Pretty much the same. One of my recent videos is a very easy method and current with the update.
When i tamed mine i used 3 lv55 sacrifice flame dragons to weaken it while i killed everything nearby. Then used my broom to woosh around it as it killed my dragons taming it.

@@AverageCoxGaming i have to just not land. I have to basically push it into the portal in order to interact with it without landing. In most cases its just easier to just fly there.

Hmm. Make sure it’s mapped on your game pad / keyboard. It’s called trinket swap.

Yes most of the time.
Not that I've ever seen on his videos really easy to do but ppl just assume we know bunch trees an rocks is a location we know not like there all the same an map is basically same other then snow or lava no way of knowing where exactly it is an coreds is just lazy to spit out rather than opening the map

Open your eyes, you can see the coordinates pretty clearly at the top.
none of these spots even have a infernal dragon... flying or grounded..
derrick beale they don’t always have them but those are the spawns. I have a more recent video showing dragons at 3 of these spawns grounded.

I've been trying to find this, I can only find ones that are already flying. I've been trying to find a grounded one for weeks.
Now all creatures which can fly do take off if player enable fly-mode

zoltan core The same way you would if it was any other grounded creature. Just use blink and don’t fly. Lots of bark skin and blink
@@AverageCoxGaming thanks, will attempt this. Assuming that luck is on my side and I find one. Do they have higher chance of spawning grounded if you are also grounded?
zoltan core hmm I can’t say. I will say that if you’re flying around on something fast like a Phoenix or team broom / dark flight that mobs tend to have some latency loading in since the patch.

Yeah making this video completely pointless as the game doesn't operate the same at all his method will not work now unless your on foot an get completely wrecked an it still decided to fly while I was walking so this video might as well be deleted or taken down as it's just going to falsely tell ppl you can do this even though you can't but seeing as how it's been useless for months an he still leaves it up chances are he just gonna leave this shit up

ok, all very nice videos of how people tame all dragons.... because if I use a broom or a dragon of mine to fly, he too gets up, he doesn't stay on the ground .... so????
You can’t fly near them anymore. If they’re on the ground then you must stay on the ground. If you take off, it takes off.

Yea it can be tricky, but you can still tame them on the ground.

Why do you have such a low mana pool?
Cause I’m a scrub. I’m favoring armor /health as a gear stat over mana since I spend most of my time mounted. I have 1500 now with my current gear.
@@AverageCoxGaming Just curious. I started playing recently and I didn't know if there was a reason and if I was perhaps missing something. I've been going heavy mana and AOE whole groups down. I use nothing but melee weapons with shock essence plus leech via mandrake root. The leech seems to work very well and I stay near full health for most encounters. Give that a try.
