This was a reharmonization exercise suggested by David Berkman's book on jazz harmony. I mostly used secondary dominants and tritonic substitutions. You can look up the terms everywhere, since they are the most common substitutions in jazz. I would suggest you, if you are really interested in jazz harmony, to try this book. It could help you to better understand what's behind all of this.
