You really don't need "that many" adapters for XLR ... you just need 4 (1 for each feed in). Seriously, who uses/needs the loop or inputting a stereo mix that will only get downmixed to mono anyways? Yeah, just about nobody, so that means "4".

You dont need adapters for that. What you need is your own monitor mixer like a behringer xr16 then patch it with XLR to PL cables.
