I'd do the opposite, more damage and lower swing speed, more of a "oh fuck i need to do as much damage as i can before i die" kind of weapon.

Hey, melee can two shot light classes, a melee that can one-shot a Sandman Scout with bleed doesn't sound unbalanced to me.
Besides, I mean _really_ slow swing speed, probably slower than the KGB, so if you miss your attack, you're screwed.

The footage here comes from 32-bit TF2, not 64-bit TF2, as there are processes for checking footage a few or more weeks in advance.

That 64 bit update was full of sirprises after all! Still underpowered to the Bushwhacka but more weapons should have bleed.
