Great workout! I feel like I worked my whole body, not just my core. Lots of challenging exercises, and even a few I've never done before! My only request is that next time you position yourself closer to the camera. It was sometimes hard to figure out proper form on my small laptop screen ☺
Awesome thank you. The side planks are so difficult for me now! My hips are so weak now, I haven’t noticed this. I have a hip impingement (FAI) and started disregarding these important exercises for quite a while now. Will repeat this in the future. Also your voice is very soothing.
