    I would love to see a video of you doing the breath (since you are so experienced!), not to teach, but as a demonstration as Dr Joe has done with his staff on stage. So glad the work worked for you. And thank you for sharing!

Sometimes i also have this automatic release of intense energy from heart to head but i always thought that was stress....how did this feel for you? For me it's a strong strong tingling like when your limbs fall asleep and then they tingle strongly

    • @coenwalstra-handsonheart
      @coenwalstra-handsonheart  2 роки тому +1

      Hey Mileys, thank you so much for your loving comment! I have the feeling that with the breath a lot of different things can happen. I also have had the tingling sensation going through my body and back. But with the traumas I quite often really see or hear what happened. So I really experience the trauma or feel strongly the same emotions as when it happened. Quite often it are things that I totally forgot about. As it sounds to me there is by you indeed energy then running up from your heart to your head, no idea if it is stress, I think just something is getting released. Actually it is also not so important to know exactly what it is. I have the feeling our body knows at these moments by me what is for my highest good ❤️

    Hi Coen, just came across your Channel and am loving your videos explaining your experiences with Dr Joe Dispenza’s meditations - thank you so much for sharing and explaining 🥰
    I have just started with the guided meditation from Breaking the habit of being yourself. Am thinking about additionally doing the Blessing of the Energy Centers 1-5.
    I came across your video while trying to better understand how to do the breathing technique he describes.
    Can you explain how long you do the breathing for, and is it just breathing or are you also visualizing ?
    Also, How long is safe for a beginner ? The religious books I’ve read in the past always advised to not intentionally awaken the kundalini until the body was ready to handle the intense energies it releases, and I’m trying to overcome that fear 🙃
    Thank you so much again 💝

    • @coenwalstra-handsonheart
      @coenwalstra-handsonheart  Рік тому +1

      Hey Varsha, thank you so much for your very loving and nice message! Super nice to hear that you started with the breaking the habit of being yourself meditation, this was also one of the first meditations I started with, I really enjoy that one!
      So I don't visualize during the breathing, but quite often images pop up out of themselves. For me it really depends how long I do a breath sessions, I go into this meditative state and let myself be guided till I have the feeling it has been enough. I think you can best just try and experiment and if you don't feel safe in the beginning, just start with shorter ones or one song and build it up. For me it was just practicing an practicing and enjoying the process of that.
      I know there are different views on activating / awakening the pineal gland and if you should do this intentionally. I believe every person should just feel for themselves what they want with this. For me it has been one of the best things I have ever done on my spiritual process and it is one of my daily practices in combination with opening my heart every day more. Lots of friends of mine have the same experience. Although I made this experience I believe every person has their own spiritual path, so in that way I cannot decide for any other person what is for their highest good in this. Only your own heart can tell.
      I am sending you big hugs and wish you an amazing day ❤️

      Hi @@coenwalstra-handsonheart Thank you so much for your lovely, detailed reply and best wishes - truly appreciated 🙏🥰
      I have just one more question (for now 😁), and that is to understand what he means by “holding” the breath.
      Do you close / constrict the throat muscles, like closing the lid on a bottle ?
      Or do you just keep the breath suspended on the deepest inhale, without constricting the throat muscles, like filling the bottle to the top but leave the lid off ?
      It sounds weird but I can’t think of another way to describe where my confusion lies with “holding” the breath 🙈
      Constricting the throat muscles does not allow breath to move up or down, but at the same time when I do this then it doesn’t feel like I’m doing the right thing.
      Hope you can help clear this confusion!
      Thank you once again 💝

    • @coenwalstra-handsonheart
      @coenwalstra-handsonheart  Рік тому +1

      @@varshaindurjith1424 Thanks for your reply and in my own experience and knowledge you do not constrict the throat muscles. You push the first three energy centers especially. So by holding he just means I think holding in your breath and then you push/ squeeze with the first three centers. I tighten my chess also still a bit, but put no focus what so ever on my throat. Hope this helps and have an amazing day!

    • @coenwalstra-handsonheart
      @coenwalstra-handsonheart  2 роки тому +3

      Hey Soraya, thanks for your beautiful comment. I do the normal breath of Joe Dispenza, were you squeeze your first three centers and push the energy towards your Pineal gland. That is the one he has quite often before meditations (for instance before botec 5). I do it with my own music, so on my own pace. What I quite often do is in between a breath a couple of the short quick breaths that you describe, I love combining these two breaths❤️

    • @coenwalstra-handsonheart
      @coenwalstra-handsonheart  2 роки тому +1

      Thanks for the nice comment! So I normally do it with my own music, because I can then just do it in my own pace. When here is a breathing session in between a meditation I do i with the guidance (but sometimes also in my own pace). Sometimes when something painful comes up when I am for a hike or so, I also just do it without any music, just sitting on a bench. I would just try some different songs and see what you like most and if you like it with guidance of Joe Dispenza more. I believe that he has a breath guidance by blessing of the energy centers 5. I have the feeling that it is also just continuing and trying and experimenting. By now it goes much easier for me, because I know what to do and the muscles know what to do. When I started that was absolutely not the case.. Hope this helps and have a great day!

  • @jasonscorsese

    Hey Coen
    - thanks for your sharing. Can I ask:
    When you said doing the breath for 30-90 mins per day, do you mean you repeat the breath, pulling your energy from the first to your crown chakra for this amount of time? Because of that's the case, you must be doing hundreds of this breath each day.
    Even Dr Joe recommended doing only 10 or so . Or do you mean you do the breath and then meditate for 30-90 mins?

    • @coenwalstra-handsonheart
      @coenwalstra-handsonheart  Рік тому +1

      Hey Jason, thanks you for your comment and question! I do indeed the breath where you pull the energy from the first to the crown chakra for around that time, sometimes a bit less sometimes a bit more. I do it with my own music and in my own pace, so I do not really count the amount of breaths that I do in one session. Sometimes I also combine it for instance with other healing modalities that I know and forgiveness. What I do is that when I am in that connection I hear at a certain point when to stop and before that I just continue. What I would recommend is experimenting with it, for instance pulling first energy from your eight chakra in your body and then doing a breath, or first connecting with the earth. Enjoy and have an amazing day!

    Hi Coen! I need advice, when I am doing breath I take the nice squeez and get attention on the top of my head and I hold. So for few seconds nothing happens but than suddenly my perineum and 2,3, centre start squeezing extra involuntary and I feel huge energy rushing up, but it feels like it stuck in my heart area and even tho I hold until I can’t hold breath anymore I don’t feel it to go above it. So after like five breaths I would sometimes get some minor movements and that’s is. Do you have any advice on how to move it above my heart. Thank you

      Thank you so much for the sharing your experience! So when I just started with the breath I had a similar thing, but then by my throat. I also heart other people talking about it and I believe these are energy blocks, perhaps something is getting loose there. When you keep practicing I am pretty sure it will come loose and the energy will go further. For me it was just a question of time. Also try the tips I give in the end of the video, those helped me a lot by releasing it. Just keep practicing and try to have fun! Amazing that yo feel the energy going up in the first centers! Have a beautiful day!

    Damn respect , your kundalini must be awakened 😆 after how many days of doing the breath did you get effect?
    If you did the breath after the meditation and a meditation is 60 minutes and you do the breath 60-90 minutes every day for how long do you meditate every day ?

    • @coenwalstra-handsonheart
      @coenwalstra-handsonheart  2 роки тому +4

      Hey Thomas, thanks for you really nice comment! And to first come back to you last question. So I do indeed one meditation from around an hour and then the breath, so I would say that I am on everage around 2,5 till 3 hours busy. I start around 5,30 / 6 in the morning.
      Then for your first question, from the first moment I saw an effect on my wellbeing. But most of the mystical things started happening around 4 months. I was in december on the Cancun event and after that event it just became more and more. The other day I also had by a restorative yoga class a quite mystical thing happening, so when that pineal gland is activated, it can also happen in different moments.
      Have an amazing day!

      @@coenwalstra-handsonheart damn nice sounds like hard work I myself wake up at 04.00 and do the meditation every day but not the breath after the meditation,
      Do you think you can also have mystical experiences without going to an event cause you said it happend at most after the event .
      So maybe you need the energy from the event because it's really high to awaken your kundalini .
      I am gonna try doing the breath for 30 minutes every day now and will see what happens. Thanks for the inspiration

    • @coenwalstra-handsonheart
      @coenwalstra-handsonheart  2 роки тому +3

      Hey Thomas
      thanks for your reply and I do not think that it is needed to go to an event. I have the feeling if the pineal gland is activated, through for instance the breath that it can happen as easily at home. I was looking at a testimonial the other day of a girl that said that she also started doing the meditations early in the morning and she had it at home.
      What I would also try is to be grateful for every new experience and start seeing these things also as mystical, then you have much more the feeling things are happening. For instance if you move during a meditation etc.
      I do have to say that for me it is indeed much easier after a meditation and I mostly do hem laying down and with my own music in my own pace. But just experiment what works and try to see it lighthearted, as fun.

    Hi Coen, my muscles are getting very tired and my diaphragm muscle at the solar plexus especially after 3-4 breaths, and the sensation of something rising in my spine seems to be stuck at my upper back/heart level. Are strong muscles and strong squeezing required? I get totally exhausted very quickly and wondering if the breath should be easier than I'm making it or is it really as hard as a workout?

    • @coenwalstra-handsonheart
      @coenwalstra-handsonheart  10 місяців тому +1

      Thank you so much for your comment and your question. When I first started with the breath by me the energy got stuck in my throat, so I have had a similar experience with that in the beginning. Then what I see is that it is smart to just keep going with the breath, doing it, made it for me easier in two ways. First of all you train your muscles where you use them and secondly by me the opener my channel became, the easier the energy flows up. When it got stuck in the beginning it was harder then now, when it flows smoother. I would just try to have fun experimenting with it. It is worth it!

      Hey Eydie, thank you very much for your comment and question. So what I do is indeed his breath pulling the mind out of the body for that period of time. I normally use my own music so do it in a bit different pace then he does. What I have seen is that when you do it more often it gets easier and your body gets used to it!

      Hey Astro, thank you so much for your loving reply. I also do the Wim Hof breath regularly and love that one to. I do have to say that the two breaths in my experience are very different, so by the Joe Dispenza breath you start squeezing your lower body (first 3 energy centers) to get energy up. In my experience with Wim Hof you do quick in and exhales and then breath the energy out (after for instance 30 times) and keep then laying. I love both of them and I also love combining them❤️

Then you can have a lot of different sensations in my own experience doing the breath, when I started I felt pressure in my head and by ow it is often more smooth and it is like energy going up into my brain. Thanks for your loving comment and sharing your experiences. I would just keep going and experimenting with it. After my first month I also didn't have most of things I describe in my video. Try to just have fun with it, do so now and then throughout the day some breaths and so what I can recommend is doing a walking meditation, for instance number 5 and then when you lay down doing the breath. For me that is the easiest. What I also saw that in the beginning I found putting real pressure while doing the breath quite scary, but I just kept going ans squeezing. Also try it after a short workout and after your meditation instead of before. In the beginning I first felt pressure in my head and later the more profound things started happening. Try to have fun and keep going. Wishing you an amazing day!

After my first retreat in 2019 I did quite often his Pineal gland meditation and there very interesting things happened and actually also by a lot of other meditations. I do believe that the more you activate your pineal gland the quicker you will get them. On my channel I also have made also a video about activating the pineal gland. I think the advice for after meditation was for me easiest and in combination with doing it laying down and most of the time with my own music, but when there is a session during the meditation I also do it guided. Personally I do not do it right after I ate something. Then I do believe following with your awareness the energy up is good, and keeping then your attention by your sixed center like Joe Dispenza teaches it. I have the feeling that in the beginning overcoming the fear of what will happen when you press pretty intense is one of the biggest obstacles, for me it was at least. It is something unknown and new. Hope this helps!

      Hey Patricia, thanks for your loving comment! So what I normally do in the morning is first a meditation of Joe Dispenza and then afterwards breath work. I do have to say that I also sometimes when something painful or triggering throughout the day comes up do the breath just on that topic. When there is a breath session in the meditation (like by the synchronizing series) I mostly also do that one in between. And for the recommendation for the meditation it really depends on what you want to do. I am at the moment focust on abundance, so I do meditations that have to do with that, but if it is more for your body and balance the blessing of the energy centers are for instance great. It does not so much matter which one. Have an amazing day!
