Awesome video, 80s influence is one of the reasons why I love K-Pop. Sweetune productions (Infinite, Kara, 9 Muses, Snuper) are basically 80s electropop.
@Keana Danks I am quiet new to kpop (march 2018) and especially this year i rly got into dicovering the songs i missed and I have to admit that I do not like their other songs that much. Aside from B.B.B I like Someone Like U quiet a lot as well and Be Ambitious is pretty funny.
@Keana Danks Ill just make a list of my favorite songs up until 2017 for u now xD (not in order) 9muses - Remember (probably my favorite song of all time now) Rainbow - Black Swan Stellar - Vibrato Stellar - Craying Stellar Marionette Fiestar - You're Pitiful Fiestar - Mirror Fiestar - Apple Pie Kara - Damaged Lady Kara - Cupid Girls Day - Expectaion Girls Day - Something T-ARA - Number 9 T-ARA - Sugar Free 9muses - WIld 9muses - Sleepless Night After School - Flashback Vixx - Eternity Vixx - Error Infinite - Back AOA - Heart Attack AOA - Excuse Me 2PM - My House Sistar - Give it to me Double S 301 (SS501) - Pain Jun Hyo Seong (Secret) - Find me Song Ji Eun (Secret) - Don't Look At Me Like That Snuper - Back:Hug KNK - Rain Up10tion - Runner Up10tion - Going Crazy Sonamoo - Friday Night Sonamoo - I (Knew It) SF9 - O Sole Mio Black6ix - Like A Flower There also some songs that I knew earlier and rly like: Shinwha - Venus 4Minute - Volume Up Anda - Hypnotize Up10tion - So, Dangerous Oh My Girl - Closer BTS - Blood Sweat & Tears also there are rly a lot of songs and groups I checked out that i did not like because I tend to not like songs way more often than liking songs... especially I could not rly get into the older boy group songs (on the other hand I LOVE the sexy concept for girl groups because of the songs and I am now a little sad that it is basically extinct nowadays...)
I got into kpop in January 2020 after an 8 year hiatus.. I tries getting into kpop in 2012 but the only one i found was PSY... so i regretted it I went back to kpop 8 years later.. to find out that there were more groups now... The first group i stanned was Stray Kids (a lesson taken from my sister who was a fan since they debuted), that was an ok choice for me.. but what i wanted was a more sexy/cute concept... i was about to regret it again.... but all of a sudden while i was looking for a second group to stan... 2:00 appeared... and that was when my kpop fan career took off.... Since then my favorite groups are as follows: TWICE* Blackpink Stray Kids* BTS Itzy (just became a fan a few days ago) DAY6 Red Velvet And some others * ever since i got VLIVE back in april, these 2 are the only groups that i've subscribed too
Some of these don't actually belong in the 80's pop category, like thank u sooooo much is 90's house not 80's, signal has late 10's glitch pop influences, Bangkok city is 90's europop, lilili yabbay is 00's cyber pop that was mainstream along the y2k movement. siren is just synthpop
