- The trial of Young Thug and his YSL co-defendants will start the week on its 25th day in Fulton County after a day filled mostly with debates between the prosecution and defense attorneys about admissible evidence.
The recent focus of the trial has been a 2017 traffic stop in which police arrested Young Thug and fellow YSL rapper Gunna.
According to reports from Brookhaven police at the time, officers pulled over the rapper, whose given name is Jeffrey Williams, for an alleged illegal tint violation. During a search of the Mercedes-Benz Maybach, officials say they found narcotics, two firearms, and a large amount of cash inside the vehicle.

A woman testified about being robbed at gun point in front of her child. An innocent working woman that was minding her business and just living mind you and all these comments are against the judge and prosecutor. We have reached the pits of hell
This judge has it MADE!! 2 hr lunch breaks, "10 min" breaks that turn into 40, etc. He has absolutely no respect for the jurors time.
It's okay for her to give a packet to defense but later on she will object to defense giving them a packet. What a joke this prosecution is.
Crazy prosecution can defend objections but judge firmly denies the defense from making an argument against the prosecutions objectives . This is crazy work right here

@Chiefreed83 he definitely is. Everything gets overruled from the defense and everything gets sustained from the state. They're trying to make their careers off of Thug but they still don't have enough. Their whole case is based off of that car jacking and associating Thug with the bloods. Him being a blood doesn't make him a leader of a criminal enterprise especially seeing that he's a millionaire. He has nothing to gain from petty crimes.

The judge is in coherent with the prosecutor. He reassess and try to tell them what to do and allow it when they present. It’s to fishy he let 2009 evidence into play. Stop trial every second and for weeks giving the prosecutors enough time to search.
It will backfire on them.

This is wild. He literally said asked and answered, and the judge overrule it, even though the cop on the stand just said “as I said a few minutes ago” literally because it was asked and answered. This judge is so biased. I guarantee if roles were reversed and when Steele is cross examining and state says “asked and answered” the judge will sustain it.
At this point we’ve acknowledged Judge is biased so I’m not sure why we’re all shocked when he does what he’s been doing the entire time. He’s shown a pattern of picking small things to go off on State about so it can look like he goes off on them sometimes but he never goes off on them like he does with defense or talk down to them. He’s talked down to the male attorneys in such a degrading way at times but always somehow remember his manners and to smile with State. He stay acting like he’s going to rule against State but changes his mind and rule in their favor . He tells State how to present things to him all of the time so he can allow it . Defense object more than 1 time and he’s instantly annoyed but State object to every other word and he’s understanding.

He must not have been terrorizing the streets enough if they allowed it to go on for 12 years. Their case is so weak and they now know it. They started off falsifying documents now they're stooping to outright deceit and lies. Defense calls them on it though.

I also think Atlantas wrongful conviction rate should be addressed and use the Devonia Inman case where 4 men recently had their cases exonerated for crimes they did not commit but served 23 years in prison.

Being associated to a gang is a too loose definition. If you hang out with anyone in a gang, a childhood friend, neighbor, family friend; you could be described as one.
If you use signs you see on tv you can be a gang member.

In spite of what you want, the state will lose. If necessary, appeal will be a slam dunk. Prosecutorial misconduct, judge inserting his opinions in case, some in front of the jury, evidence that has been shot down, etc. Prove a crime. i don't know if y'all will remember, but after the OJ trial, Marcia Clark spoke about how much attention was paid on making her appear a certain way in front of the press, public, and especially the jury. They hired a stylist and even had her get that awful perm. At the time I considered it to be nothing short of misogyny, but after watching this particular prosecutor miss the mark so badly... I'm wishing someone had been honest with her about her presentation earlier in her career.

How to break down the gang officers credibility have Young Thugs attorney address the 4th Amendment rights, and how their easily violated by gang officers and police officers who don't no the law but arrest people under the law. And explain the 3 diiferent type of police encounters and what must exist before contacting someone who does not want a consensual encounter and here comes the intrusion. He should use the Albert Otis Davis v. Oklahoma case for an example. 💪💪💪
