    My baby twin nieces suffered severe seizures soon after birth (grin2b genetic mutation).
    After a year of pushing the doctors towards keto, they started and the effect was unbelievably quick.
    I can but wonder if my nieces would have fewer seizures and less developmental damage if they started the diet sooner.
