Shift lever slack and bearing replacement

I show how to replace the shift lever bearing on a BMW E46, which when worn creates slack in the lever when the gears are engaged.

What grease do you use

Better is a grease that is solid enough so that it stays for a long time. Normal grease . In the video I used a grease with graphite for steel bearings but it is not exactly suitable.
