Hi, my Magneto 300w is not charging. The light go on but it does not charge, it stays on 0% and shows 0 input 0 output, can anyone help?

Do not bother to buy any of the Magneto Power Stations. If they can't be bothered to have the specifications and warranty available, the product is obviously sub-standard.

Bought this device, had to return after 2 days.. battery malfunction.. replacement device did exactly the same thing after 1 day.. wouldnt recommend it. No passthrough either, cant charge station and power devices at the same time.
