This has a very clean look with the black and silver and your idea of cutting around the buildings and cutting the rectangular aperture looks fabulous Chrissie, and the added silver glitter card makes a wonderful background. x

I never knew that paper could shrink! That is so interesting. Glad it worked out on the thicker cardstock. You do have the most interesting dies in your stash Chrissie! Thanks for another beautiful CAS card. At the end of March is the "Creativa", Europe's largest creative fair in Dortmund, one hour drive from us. There is a huge Gummiapan Exhibition stand. I am still putting things on my list for the Creativa. 😇😇😇

This is a card after my own heart. I love sparkle and contrast and this card is quite stunning. It reminds me of a holiday card I made one year using a long decorative strip skyline die. I used the positive on the front and the negative inside above the sentiment. I am envying you with those Gummiapan mystery boxes! Silly of me, really.

What a lovely card! I wonder how difficult it would be to cut the skyline first and match the stamp to it. Probably very, but it has me thinking at least.
It can be done both ways, it’s just a matter of personal preference !😊😊😊
@@Chrissieannie I was thinking it would be difficult to line up if you stamped with a clear embossing ink.
@@XenobiaF there are lots of tricks to ensure accurate stamping, but I usually go for the easiest method!
Love the card Christine. I did have a thought when you were holding the building die, is it possible that due to its shape which could be flimsy, was the die was the problem. Sorry about that, I have to think things out as to why, just my funny old brain 😊. Jenny ❤
