ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it.

Any type of Role Play the best ones are ones that involve personal attention to you, examinations, face brushing ect
Watching someone draw or paint
Sounds : Crinkle, Tapping, Scratching & multi layering of different sounds together
Almost anything can be a "trigger' for a persons ASMR everybody is different, you just have to find yours.
As with all my video, my intentions is always to provide you a little home away from home, where you can kick back relax and always find a new and unique experience as i guide you with sights & sound to a relaxing location where my objective is to let you feel gentle waves of relaxation & ASMR until you close your eye to fall into a peaceful sleep.

40 deg (celcius) for xmas, i wouldn't have it any other way :)
yesterday after a bike ride i thought it was getting warm, i looked at outdoor temp gauge in the shade 39.5" that is 103F it was then i burst out laughing cause it was so hot, i thought it was like 32/33.
Christmas for us is beach, BBQ's in parks and swimming in water. Also staying in shade and or Air Con......
Also we like to eat seafood lunch.
This gave me no ASMR whatsoever but what a wonderful video it was to watch. I have had Christmas deadlines for uni here in the UK and have not been feeling Christmassy at all but this has put me in the mood. 👏 Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

If there is one downside to asmr, it is that it promotes consumerism when presenting how cool or tingly or whatever is the stuff they buy. Well most of this stuff (if not all) is made by people from asia in terrible conditions. There is so many other ways to do asmr.

If I started caring about other people's problems I would have to deal with over 7 billion problems at once. No, thanks.
Ok so let's consume and don't care about the harm it does? That makes no sense at all. As soon as you're partially causing problems (and you are when you buy stuff made in sweatshops), it concerns you and you have to do something about it.
You should tag your millions of asian brethren so they can enjoy the "cool tingly" stuff they made
I highly suggest you research the actual economic background and effects of outsourcing employment to--as you call it--"Asian countries". Buying such products helps develop the economies of those "Asian countries", and has helped to raised the living standard of the people you are patronizing. Take a look at what happens when the uneducated westerners like yourself succeed in shutting down the kind of factory you are referring to. For one, you can look up the OXFAM study which noted that those who lost their work at such a factory reverted back to far more grueling and lower paying agricultural work--while the others (mostly young women) migrated towards prostitution. So, do the developing world a favor and get educated.
