Tasty Chilli Egg Recipe|Easy Egg Chilli recipes|Gotasu
Ingredients
Egg-4
Garlic-2tbsp(roughly chopped)
Chilli-1tsp(chopped)
Soy Sauce-2tsp
Salt
Corn Flour-1tsp
Cooking oil
Spring Onion-1/2 cup
Oyster Sauce-1tsp
Sugar-1/2tsp
Onion-1(sliced)
Method
1.Break egg in a bowl, heat the pan,add cooking oil, fry all eggs one by one.
2.Take a small bowl,add oyster sauce,soy sauce,sugar,salt,corn flour,mix well properly.
3.Heat the pan,add cooking oil,after that add roughly chopped garlic,stir it.
4.Add chopped chilli,sliced onion,stir fry it,after few minutes add salt as per your need.
5.Add spring onion,stir it,few minutes later add fried egg and sauce mixture.
6.Mix all of these,now chilli egg is ready.
7.Serve it in a plate,sprinkle spring onion,it is ready to be served.
