I came across your video looking for new techniques, so thanks for putting your work out. I know that every artist has their own ways of doing things but I spent the whole video asking why you did certain things the way that you did, and that I would go about it way differently... the end product looks awesome, keep up the good work.
Really awesome... a few times in progress I thought... oh no, now he f**ked it up... but the final result is great. I love this little sparks. I came here looking for references and want to do a real fire splash on a grafitti... I think I’ll need al lot of transparent colors for that. Thanks
GREAT!! Can I use auto candy color over t shirts? I do not know how to get thet red with the regular createx basic color, any suggestions to use what I have and make fire look not equal but similar to this??
What a beautiful art that you exercise, please, you would be kind enough to translate it into Spanish, your comments would help us a lot. You write greetings from Machu Picchu Perú 🇵🇪👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I dont paint with candy over the parts that could bleeding. Red is on Red, Yellow on Yellow... But if you want to prevent it, clear coat it over before and continue painting...
if you use auto air candy orange on your yellow, then add more white highlights and hit them with that illustration yellow you could create more depth...i used to use auto air ..start with orange, then hit that with candy red, then next layer of orange, then hit all with candy orange, then white, hit that with candy orange, then more white, hit that with candy gold....it used to really pop, but auto air colors are not easy to find anymore.
hi sk-brush... i got a question for you..... what happens if i use the createx opaque colors with the candy2o colors on a metal panel? it works? regards...
Lg kevin

Beautiful work mate. Very creative and inspiring to watch. Your other videos are brilliant too! Keep up the inspiring work! Following on from the query below about the 'Binder': (i) Is that the 4030 Intercoat clear please mate? (ii) How much do you put in (how many drops of candy to binder) or are there instructions that come when you buy the candies (off local suppliers here in Australia)? (iii) Do you definitely need the .5mm needle for the candies please? and (iv) If so, do you think my .30mm HP C+ will manage the job okay? (v) How much thinning would you suggest if you think the .30mm will be okay? Thanks in anticipation and once again, bloody good stuff! Look forward to watching more of your videos! Cheers from down here in Australia!
+PaulnSans Motu Thank you, (I) yes (ii) 10% ~ or 9 drops candy 1 drop intercoat (iii) you don`t need definitley 0.5 , 0.3 work`s (iwata! i don`t know to other airbrushes) you`re HP C+ should handle it. How much thinning at you`re one? I can`t tell you i use 0.5 for candy`s. Try it out ;)
Very nice airbrush work, but as an artist that is copied by many, I have to say that not giving credit to my friend Mike Lavalee as being the originator of “Truefire” is insulting to his memory , please give credit where credit is due...
Hi Steve, when the video came out, our mutual friend Mike Lavalee was still alive and he was connected to us on social media and followed our work as well. We were on the best friendship relationship. Everyone in the industry knows that Mike is the inventor of the Truefire. But we agree, we should have added credits back then and now we have made up for it in the video description. Many greetings Steve.

Awesome video please tell me how much do you dilute the paint. I have a iwata eclipse and I haven't figured how to mix my paint. I use createx
Some most time Drops and sometimes 50% or more, depends on project and situation.
I want one I can use as a universal for make up and acrylics. What gun would you use to that?

hi sk-brush... i got a question for you..... what happens if i use the createx opaque colors with the candy2o colors on a metal panel? it works? regards...
it works yes. You have to prepare the metal panel right (to prime it that any paint can adhere)
Hello, nice video first of all. I would like to know where you got your flame stencil?
+Flaviano Luna we produce them self, you can find our stencils and shop here: www.sk-brush.de/

Pretty rich color! So you need a binder in the Candy2O?
+ronturnpaugh Yes is imperative.
nice!
couple of questions, how much you thin the paint and what needle you use?
+Erethil Claw i used here 0.3 for the illus and 0.5 for the candys and doesn`t thin the paints. It isn`t necessary. I`ve put binder in the candys...
