Thanks for the videos you post. Coloring with airbrush showed me what I needed to do to get the technique down. It's the exact opposite of how I learned to draw growing up. I have always started with lighter colors and worked my way to dark to show depth. But with airbrushing, it's the exact opposite. Dark to light, and it worked out a whole lot better. Thank you for everything. You do amazing work!

I've been studying up on painting cars but just the basics and I came across custom paint jobs and saw they're done with airbrushes and now I'm here watching what I hope to one day do
just do it :D im doing this since 2007 and started with studio 2009. just start with airbrush and move on :)

Danke :) Es ist natürlich auch viel Übung notwendig, aber dann geht es relativ leicht von der Hand :) Man muss nur sich reinbeißen und dran bleiben, immer wieder üben und üben.

i noticed the one in the final shot isn't the one you were actually recording... you did a beautiful job! i winced a little when you didn't have the star patterns angled the same, but still, a beautiful paint job! 👍🏻

the upper tape is an application tape. it is less adhesive and it's task is to transfer the more adhesive masking parts to the surface.

Genau, weißen "Basislack" in unserem Fall Base White, dann die "transparente Farbe" deiner Wahl bspw. Candy Rot, Grün, Blau usw. drüber legen, muss aber auch nicht Candy sein, Candylacke sehen aber halt super aus :D So ein 100ml Fläschchen, nun ja schwer zu sagen, hängt ganz von deiner Arbeit ab. Ich würde mal sagen "einfach ausprobieren" :)

Wir verwenden die Farben von Specialist Paints, diese sind bei uns auch im Shop erhältlich :)
Hi :) No. In this video Specialist Paints Inspire Colors were used.
@Tobias1991ism1 Das sind Airbrushfarben, diese müssen also wie auch bei anderen Airbrushfarben unterschiedlicher Hersteller ebenfalls mit Klarlack versiegelt werden, damit diese "ewig" halten. Das bedeutet die Fläche muss lackierbar sein oder lackierbar gemacht werden (schleifen, füllern/grundieren mit basislack lackieren etc. wenn nötig).
Manche Flächen die schon lackiert sind, müssen lediglich mit einem Schleifpad angeraut und grüdlich gereinigt werden. So wie im Clip zusehen.
Hi, mit einem Schleifpad die Dinger gibt es rollenweise.

How did you make that stencil like that? It was like a sticker you stuck to something and then stuck it to your project. I've been trying to find a cheap way to make stencils that stick so I don't have to use a plotter and that looked simple. What did you do? Thanks...

Ah okay ! also brauch ich praktisch Basislack zB für weissen Rauch... dann transparente farbe fürs ausmalen ? ich kann also auch jede transparente farbe hernehmen ? Sehr cool :) das Candy Blau gefällt mir sehr gut, wie lange hält so ein Fläschlein ungefähr ?

Hey, cooles Video :) Eine Frage hätte ich da... zwar ich fange jetzt an mit Air Brush und hab noch gar keine Ahnung... du Sprühst mit dem Blau auf den weissen Rauch... ohne dass dieser Weg ist... und nur eine blaue Färbung erhält... wie geht das ? Wenn ich mit Spraylack wo drüber gehe verschwindet der Untergrund ? ^^.. zudem wischt du gleich drüber ist die farbe so schnell trocken ? Würde mich sehr über Antworten freuen

welche Nadeln für die Flammen benutzen? Sie können auch das gleiche Ergebnis mit einem härteren Stein beck und Evolution 2 in 1?

Hält die Farbe dann auch auf papier oder ???
@RhythmOfTheNight89 Hi, danke :) Für das Airbrush benötigt man spezielle Airbrush Farben (sei es auf Lösungsmittelbasis, Wasserbasis etc.), dann wird zunächst die deckende "Hintergrundfarbe" weiß gelegt und anschließend die transparente Farbe aufgetragen wie in unserem Fall Candylack. Das kann man nicht mit Sprydosenlack vergleichen ^^ Die Farbe trocknet noch in der Luft da kann man direkt drüber wischen ohne das mit der Zeichnung etwas passiert.

ich bin noch recht neu in dem Gebiet, hab deswegen noch fragen die vielleicht selbstverständlich sind. Also, wie schaffst du das mit deiner Düse so dünne Linien zu sprühen und dann im anderen Bereich gleich wieder so breit flächig.

@Tobias1991ism1 Auf jeden Fall, solange man das Papier nicht mit Nitro besprüht oder darin eintaucht :) Probesprühen auf Papier kann man auf jeden Fall. Hällt also auf jeden Fall.

sehr unsauber gearbeitet, es sieht so aus wie bei einem Flohmarkt angebotenes Stück... gefällt mir überhaupt nicht, sehr viele Züge waren auch unnötig
