    cogradulations , but, what exactly do you mean.
    on this video i felt my outer hip needed a little , too
    it helped inner, but, i couldn’t read the end it went off to fast the first recommendation ???

      not medical advise, but doing somatics for many years now , every day i feel that my body does change , to tell you the truth some days i feel kike my mid section, chest , back or…. is weakening other times i feel ao muc better.
