You have a great sense of color, fabric and placement.

I've watched a lot of videos on quilt making, but I have yet to make a quilt. I loved watching you go through the process! I hadn't seen anyone do the graph. I've seen them lay out their pieces and switch them about and then take a picture. I learned a lot. Thank you.

I’m new to quilting too. So far I’ve only made ones large enough for a doll but it helps me get my head around all the steps. It’s kind of overwhelming on a large scale but of course you don’t have to finish it in a day. 😜

    What a sweet quilt!
Hun, "Quilt in a DAY" is just the top. No one expects you to do all that! Congrats, looks so good.

I really enjoyed this video. I'm a quilter too. I've never done a quilt in a day. I like to stare at my quilt pieces too. So I completely understand wanting to spend the extra time with the quilt and hand sew something. Love the colors!!

Beautiful colors! Kudos for drawing out the color chart before rushing into starting. Love the black and white binding too!

Great job - a day is 24 hours so I imagine anyone could make a small quilt if you sewed for 24 hours which I could never do! Your quilt is beautiful!

Loved watching you make this quilt. Must say though I got tired just watching you trying to do this in a day. Lol. I've never tried this either. You did an awesome job. I subscribed.

Thank you for so many good ideas. I am finally in the process of organizing my fabric scraps by color! I love the idea of putting fabric in shoe bags and your simple quilting . I have done some quilting but the way you did it, lines much closer than I did, gives a really nice touch!

I liked that you challenged yourself. The baby quilt turned out beautiful. As someone who wants to learn about quilting, I really didn't learn anything about quilting. The only thing I learned from the video was most people can't make a quilt in a day.

If I had a large enough table I would do it on that! It would be easier but the amount of shifting I’d have to do on a table top would probably ruin it.
